Sure I guess it's possible a dumpster can do that but cutting entirely through your cheek like that that kind of looks like a box cutter or something

Yeah, it looks suspiciously clean... and straight. And oriented in a way that looks intentional. Crazier things have happened but that's a wild 3  consecutive coincidences.

 

Thats a level of malicious above "dispute gone wrong".
