Need help, Going to game week 3 Thursday Nite, need advice.

So, The last game I went to was RWB game couple years ago, 

 

This time its regular season game, I got Pregame party at lot 4.

so here's my questions.

 

1. Can I access lot 4 from South Western BLVD or do I have to come from 20a.  I plan to show up around 3:45 PM for 8PM game.

2. Disabled me.. would it be easier to show up early and park in lot 2 across the street and just walk 3 mins at most?
