T master Posted March 25 Share Posted March 25 I heard yesterday on Newsmax which i will let y'all know up front i don't follow a lot of gov't things like this because it is nothing but a dog & pony show !! But the news man said that Navarro which committed a misdemeanor offense contempt of congress was put in leg shackles & hand cuffs when he came off of a plane for all to see i believe by the FBI ? The news man explained that he actually lived very near the FBI building i believe near DC and could have just waited for him to go home and picked him up there but decided to do so in grandiose form i'm guessing once again because of his association with the former POTUS ? I am assuming the man isn't a flight risk & last i knew (In the state of NY any way) there are those that are arrested for felonies such as assaults & in some cases murders that are released yet this man is put in leg shackles, hand cuffs, & federal prison for a misdemeanor ??? But then they won't even subpoena Hunter in the impeachment case against his father the now POTUS - - - BECAUSE ??? It surely isn't because of his being a fine upstanding man of the community or because he's the smartest man that we know right ? But can someone give me a common sense reason why these types of things always seem to happen in todays media ? Why when 1 former POTUS have gov't documents that were removed when he left office have his home actually raided and is prosecuted for that yet another former VP have documents that were removed when he left office and not ? Which also has a son that is a known drug addict & less than a upstanding respectable person and has access to those documents yet he can't even be subpoena'd to testify in a court in a hearing to determine if evidence is relevant in a case ? I thought we were all suppose to be treated equally under the law or have i missed something along the way & there has been a amendment to that law somewhere that i missed . I know if i had a gram of coke in my car while going down the road and even if it wasn't truly mine and could take a drug test to prove i was clean i would still be arrested for a controlled substance & put in jail . But when the same type of thing happened at the white house no investigation or at the very least it was squashed even though there is a known drug addict that has been there and more than likely due to past history & if followed through there could be a plausible outcome to what or who had it but was not followed up on . I guess in a lot of cases equality only fits when the outcome can be used to benefit a certain cause or agenda to make a case .
