Here's my idea: 1) offer one-time amnesty to all illegals currently in the country on the condition that they gain working flucency in English within one (1) calendar year of the date of amnesty. 2) Proceed with mining and electrified fencing of the border. 338955[/snapback] Sounds good to me.
