RyanC883 Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 Pehaps someone here can expalin this to me. I generally get to 1-2 games a year (live out of town, two young kids). Yesterday I was sitting in row 5, section 135. I noticed that rows 1 and 2 were totally covered with tarps. Why is this? Seems the Bills are leaving money on the table doing this.
