From the incredibly stupid decision making on red flags, to the misuse of what was one of the best D-lines last season, to way too many penalties and poor discipline on special teams - it all starts with the Coach. To reiterate another post - Rex is who we thought he is. He's taken a team with a legit shot at the playoffs given their talent and weapons and simply misused them. It's hard to be a Bills fan - you can say that it's not over but this was a must win game. 16 years without a playoff game is more than old and physically hurts. I'll continue to watch but this is like picking at a scab. I hate having to find my inner Zen after watching them lose a game they could have won. billsfan714 Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 Rex needs to decide in his supposed last tenure as a HC, does he want the be the goofy, loosey-goosey buddy to his players or a serious NFL coach, because so far it's been amateur hour.
