MavBavButav
I've seen a lot of posts about players (Kolb, Brad Smith, etc) who we've placed on IR are "season ending". Didn't the NFL change the rules a few season ago to make players put on IR able to be brought back after like week 8. Is this true or is it different if players are placed on IR before the season starts? Edited September 1, 2013 by MavBavButav

Clockwork
I believe there are two types of IR now - the season ending type, and the other can only be used on 1 player, who is allowed to return to the active roster whenever he is healthy. I might be wrong, but I believe that's true
