BECAUSE THERES STILL PLENTY OF TIME TO DO IT They still have both January, February, and almost half of March to Sign their own Free Agents (March 12th) The past few years, the Bills have been willing and able to sign their own FAs that they wanted back. This is also a 2 way street where the player also has to want to come back and re-sign here. Some may prefer to test their value on the market (Like Whitner).
