There's not much more to say on this, other than the Bills Front Office still thinks that throwing money at a problem will make things better... (all the money at Fitz, Mario, Stevie...) The realization is that a "new" (COMPETENT) GM comes in with a GOOD HC and they can both bring in competent Asst Coaches as well. Then maybe those pricey players can learn and benefit from a REAL coaching staff that has a clue about instructing, game planning, in-game adjustments, MOTIVATING and no nonsense leadership...
