Slow-cooker Pulled Pork with Rum BBQ Sauce Ingredients 1 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder Dash of salt and pepper 2 lb. pork tenderloin juice of a lemon medium yellow onion 2 c. BBQ sauce (your choice) 1/4 cup. dark rum and a dash of Frank's Red Hot Sauce Cooking Instructions: NIGHT BEFORE: Combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle tenderloin with lemon juice. Rub spices into tenderloin. Put in zip-lock bag and MARINATE OVER NIGHT. DAY OF: Chop onion and place in bottom of the crock pot. Remove tenderloin from bag and chop into 1-inch cubes. Arrange cubes over the onion. Combine BBQ sauce, run, and hot sauce and pour over tenderloin. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
