More than anything else next year, the team needs to find a way to stay healthy. A healthy Williams and Dareus at the same time would provide a great improvement. Wood getting hurt threw the offense into chaos. The Bills need to go out and get the best strength and conditioning coach money can buy so the decent players have a shot to make it through the season. They need to stay healthier. I agree... Injuries and lack of depth have been a major concern for this regime... Nix is building from the ground up here and I believe the staff should be given another offseason or two to implement their strategy. This year's draft/FA will be a big one for this staff...
