Actaully, they will -or, more to the point, either team approaching the end zone. Also, for DTV subscribers within the blackout area, you can still see the game on chnl. 702, Game Mix. It isn't exactly rocket science to navigate atdhe.net. I'm amazed you still get credit for "finding" those links, although I guess you can credit the chronic short memory of internet forum posters for not never remembering a popular site like atdhe.net exists. *edit* For the record, that site has never been the most reliable for -keeping- its streams running for a whole game.
