Responsible for the preparation (and serving) of food in an efficient manner according to specifications. Ensures that food items are prepped in a standard fashion, to guarantee that guests receive quality products.Assists in the set-up of designated areas, ensures all product is on hand, ensures are is closed and cleaned properly. All other duties assigned.
