Why are We Looking at Players from Losing Teams

Recommended Posts

People complain either way. If we grab people from the colts, pats*, and steelers people say "Are you guys nuts? If bellichick is getting rid of him, there HAS to be something wrong with him. Pats* only cut bad players! stay away!"

And then if we grab people from the raiders or chiefs, people complain that they are from losing teams.

Yes and in meanwhile if you believe the sourpusses on this board we had worst coaches and players in the league but after they were dumped they were picked up by other teams. This proves the ability to logically think is not a requirement for the wall.

no doubt there trying to help the team with this move but it seems with moves like this they are content in going from awful to just bad. After 10 years of sheit, is that enough for you? maybe this kinda signing is the best they can do but they could at least publicly try a little harder to attract some names that even people on this board don't have to google to identify.

Well over the past 10 years they have gone after big named guys such as Bledsoe and Spikes to name a few and that hasn't gotten them anywhere close to a contender. The problem with the Bills has been that the previous front office management didn't have any clue on how to build a solid team through the draft. They were masters of marketing and making us think year in and year out we had a good chance to go somewhere. They listened too much to outside influence when making certain decisions and we see where this got them. I'm not saying this FO is anything to brag about but there certainly isn't anyone in FA that you could buid a team around and I am glad they aren't getting guys just to make us feel good until the 2nd game of the season, like in the past.
