I think Beane is an excellent GM. I've turned sour on McDermott though. He's just not cutting it. Can't see Beane firing McDermott because of the buddy buddy relationship, but if he does it would be the biggest decision of his career. Pegula has no clue as to the best move to make or not make.

I wish we would have gotten a better back up QB than Kyle Allen though. He scares me if Josh goes down with an injury.

Flipping between the 2 Jersey teams and the Sabres game today. All winterizing chores have been done last week, so nothing to do now.

I love the standing buffalo and charging buffalo logo's. Too bad we can't somehow incorporate the original American Football Conference (?) logo of Buffalo Bill Cody, whom alot of people forget the Bills were named after.

I was born the year before. I do remember going to the Rockpile as a kid with my dad. It was such a dump, but man it was cool. Got me hooked on the Bills.

So, it's ok for posters to over scrutinize the Bills...but not ok to over scrutinize posters opinions on the over scrutinization?
Yes

Can everyone get off their soapbox about piSsed off fans and posts?! To me it was a legitimate question about a roster spot. Yes, it's a touchy subject but c'mon. Every anti Bills post (to some), doesn't have to be over scrutinized and abusive to the poster does it?

I think that is an insulting take to Damar AND the Bills to be honest. IT"S A BUSINESS.
and the Bills are not in the business of keeping inferior talent.
**failure gong***
I think that is a bad take on the OP

It's amazing that at a time when we have the winningest team in franchise history that we still have endless complainers who would find something to complain about no matter what would happen.
Honestly, get a life dude. Go find a hobby.
Look, it's fine you are defending McDermott's tenure so far. It's not so much as "complaining" as it is a "concern". I for one thoroughly enjoy the Bills games the last few years, because good competitive games are great to watch. Actually I've been watching since the 60s. But...the bar has been set higher now with Allen at the helm, and the Lombardi is within reach. We need more from McDermott. More aggressive no fear coaching, not deer in the headlights coaching decisions late in games. We need better. My "hobby" is a Bills superbowl my friend. Not sure Sean can feed my hobby.

I'll take Schottenheimer cause he was a former Bill 🙂

Blah blah blah...more nonsense excuses.
Care to tell me his winning percentage against teams that have been above .500? I'll wait.
Are you inferring McDermott is the best Bills coach ever, and he will win us the Super Bowl? Sometimes analytics suck. I'll wait.

Is it true the stadium was built on an Indian burial ground? 🤔
The Sheldon Family Cemetery is located between gates 6 and 7 at Highmark Stadium and there is a sign that explains the cemetery. There was a clip about it before the game on channel 7. They were the first family to settle in Orchard Park way back when.

Uh no. Unprepared coaches don't have the highest winning percentage in the NFL since 2020. Way too long of a sample size to not get exposed. Honestly, just a silly take.
I don't care about percentage winning, etc. McDermott seems to crap the bed against the higer echelon teams, and has poor in game management skills. Not impressed.

It should never have come down to the hail mary opportunity. Thanks Jordan Phillips.

When the staff does the game reviews (or tape), I wonder if McDermott's assistants suggest a better or different decision to be made? I realize hindsight is 20, 20 but McDermott's head scratching calls suggest he's not very good at game time decision making. Is he too stubborn to listen to constructive criticism, or are his assistants to afraid to contradict him?

So, this is what you decided to Blitch about? His use of the word "holistically"?
Are you really Sparticus?
I am Spartacus, and I am a Thracian. I am transparent and don't believe in clapping all the time in the hopes it motivates my Thracian horde. Not bitching, just getting fed up with McDermott and his propensity not to be tough and call people out (either players, or coaches). He's a boring coach, regardless of his record.

Lets all light scented candles and sing kumbaya Sean. We can bond and be a more efficient team. Holistically I mean....

Cool if no one cares, guess you might as well just click those three dots next to the top of the op post and delete this pointless thread, win-win.
Guess you told me! If you don't like this post, don't respond. My point is McDermott seems over the top with post game analysis, and it's starting to sound silly. That's my take. If you don't like my criticism so be it. Don't be nasty about it.

Holistically? C'mon man. Enough with the culture building and psychology analysis. He's reaching too much with connecting to the players. JMO

Reaction: What a dumb simple thing to say isn't he thinking about what to do at all?
As Alphadawg7 says "who cares"?

Dude, time to get out of William and Mary 101 Psychology Class! Holistically was his comment? This is freaking football. Enough with the over analyzing the game. Big guys run, tackle, block and score more points than the opposition. It's way simpler than his terrible explanations each week. He is really bad at the podium...

One Bills Live, always defending the Bills
in The Stadium Wall

I understand that Tasker and Brown are employed by the Bills, but it would be refreshing to hear them call out the coaching and/or players for once when it is warranted. Sometimes you need to hold those accountable and put their feet to the fire. My post is more about the show, rather than the Bills problems right now.
