Hopefully Kumerow will be getting healthy. A big no for Sanders. we'll be fine.

The D has played strong with the whole 1st team and did not fall off with the back-ups in when injuries hit. Very impressed with the D

Isaiah Hodgins - again nothing that Hodgins himself did wrong. It is difficult to find people who had a bad night but looking at what the usage tells us the Bills clearly still have him 7th on their depth chart. The starting receivers are Diggs, Davis and McKenzie. The second team is Kumerow, Shakir and Crowder. Hodgins only got in at the end of the 2nd Quarter when they took Shakir out. He had three nice grabs on the two minute drive, I don't count him out yet, but my suspicion last week was that he still had work to do to make the team and that appears to remain the case.
Q
Thoughts? Comments? Opinions?
I am thinking he has a decent shot to overtake Crowder for the 6th receiver. Crowder is a slot receiver and I think we have McKenzie and Shakir for that.

Trumaine Edmonds. If he makes the next step, the Bills will have maybe the best defense in the AFC. Takes the pressure off the offense.

This may be my favorite Bills pick in the draft. The question is can he hold for placekicks? if not, who does?

Jahon Dotson. Really any wide receiver!

Bring back Paul McGuire

The Bill's O-Line deserve a game ball. Bravo!

What I tale about this: The difference between last year and this year is the Bills won most every close game last year and have lost most every close game this year. Winning big is great, but against good teams the games will be close.

I feel good every time the Bills win!

1. Josh under center seemed to help the run game
2. The O-Line looks bad, but I think that the coaching or lack there of for that group is the real culprit.
3. Cam Newton is a terrible QB I I know it's not a Bills point, but it was so, so obvious today)

I have actually been sort of envisioning a bizarre scenario where eventually Dawkins gets bounced inside down the road and you just have 2 monster Guards in Dawkins and Williams. Then playing Brown at one of the tackles and a player to be named later as the opposite tackle. No idea why. I just keep thinking about it. Super physical and just hammering people
I'm thinking that Dawkins is not mobile / quick enough to play guard. there would be little if any run game outside the tackles if that occurred.

Yes, at least this year. He's been fairly successful, but in this case, it looks like the Titans had this one scouted out. That plus the terrible block by Dawkins killed that play. Dawkins has not been the Pro Bowl tackle I've been expecting this year at all.

Tom Sestak was a great player. He was one of my two favorites when I was growing up (along with Ron McDole). It is sad that he's not in the HOF, but AFL only players rarely are considered.

At this rate, Brandon Powell may be our only return man option.
Stevenson is a better choice than Powel, if McKenzie is out.

I see the Bills taking Greg Newsome, CB out of Northwestern. He fits our defense as a strong zone presence and is a good tackler.

I think most Bills fans will agree that our run game in 2020 was a weak spot for the offense. If Allen was not sure a prolific runner, our runnig game may have been in the bottom 5 in the league. While some may blame the running backs, I think that the bulk of the blame goes to the O-Line and lack of holes being opened.
We've signed our O-Line starters (which I like to keep consistency) and have Cody Ford coming back, but with this group, how will be improve our running game? Better backs might help, but I don't see alot of help without the O-line performing better. How do we make that happen?

Bills should target Asante Samuel Jr. in 1st round. I'm all about pedigree when drafting. We should have drafted Clay Matthews instead of Aaron Mabin in 2009 (Ouch).
I'm Ok with a CB, but I'd rather see Jaycee Horn from South Carolina over Samual although I am not sure he'll still be there at pick 30

DTV or Dish is the only TV reception I get. They have been very good to me so I'm happy.
That's my problem too! I don't have any broadband except satellite and I can't stream with it. I'm already shut out of many dood TV shows that are streamed and would be ticked to loose Sunday football too.
One other item, while Amazon & Disney have lots of subscribers now, let's see what happens to the price if they have to pay the big bucks the NFL will command for the ticket.

You may be right in the assessment, but I don't see Josh going under center very much. just my opinion
