Get over yourself. I could understand if you said - hey he did a decent job but it just never came together to make the playoffs, so I'd like to see a fresh start with a new coaching staff. Instead you bloviate as if he was an overt failure. The fact is he did a lot of good things and had made some mistakes also - maybe most of all a seemingly propensity to not get along, if you believe the reports of there never being real harmony since his tenure began.
Get over myself? Bloviate? Zero winning records since he has been in this organization "evaluating tallent" Beating a Pats team that wasn't trying to go 9-7 is 8-8. But feel free to continue to accept mediocrity.

He's been GM since 2013. He's been responsible for four drafts if you count today. Four years is not most of 17.
And how many years was he the assistant GM? Stop giving this guy a pass, he failed, period.

This issue is my biggest pet peeve.
I live exactly 1.5 miles from Duffs in OP, two red lights. For the Monday night game I decided to take a cab, there was a Sabres game at 7 so I figured I need to go early and knew I'd be there for close to 6 hours and didn't want to chance driving. Called the cab, get in and he tells me there is a 12 dollar minimum and I left him a $3 tip. I paid $30 freaking dollars in cab fare that night.
NYC State elected politicians are in bed with the NYC taxi unions. NYC has Uber, how dare these crooks not allow the rest of the state to have it. Upstate needs to secede from NYC, and it is going to be on the ballet in 2017.
