WHITE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! White out wipe out of the jets
Yep, Like Penn St. everyone who is going to game wear white
-
this is why i got a moats jersey this offseason. guy is gonna be a nice pass rusher.
-
Honestly, I think they should have given Spiller the rock for a series or two near the end of the game. Maybe using the wildcat with Smith running the ball to run the clock down was sort of the same thing. We should spell Jackson more.
was saying the same thing
-
lol at the Raiders
this is the worst trade in nfl history.
agree

Royal has done crap since his rookie yr. no thanks.
Llyod for just a 6th maybe a 5th, nicw get for STL.
-
Aside from FJax 80 yard run, he had 15 carries for 41 yards. That's 2.7 ypc. How can people so confidently say that we could have easily ran the ball and run out the clock? And how much clock do you expect to burn being just outside the red zone? Especially since the Giants still had 2 time outs remaining.
bingo

agree, we give qbs all day to throw. (PHI game doesn't count as PHI O-Line is a high school line aka they sucks)
-
Yep Chan under threw SJ 2 times not Fitz

NFL Network's Mike Lombardi strongly believes that Brandon Lloyd will be traded prior to Tuesday's deadline.
"What I find humorous, is that they said they'll take a 3, 4, or 5 (round draft pick)," said Lombardi on Around the League Friday. "Well if I was a general manager, why would I offer anything but a sixth-round pick for the guy." Lombardi named Tennessee, Carolina, and St. Louis as possible destinations. "I think there's a 90 percent chance he's not a Bronco (next week). They should have traded him before the season started."
rotoworld
offer a 5th or 6th imo, we r not going to resign him
-
hahahaha, you must be drunk cuz corner sucks ass
-
Agree.
I thought it was actually mind-boggling that they were thinking of punting it away to an Eagles offense that was having its way in the second half.
Just go for it, and win the game.
agree

To be fair this statement "I know you put him in there with Haloti" may have a little something to do with his success.
Just say'n
well we have williams and now dareus. not calling troup a bust yet but looks like we missed again
-
The choice to many seemed like a no brainer. Terrence Cody the SEC NT that no one could run block to a team moving to a 34 and needing a big NT. Nope we go with the kid from UCF and looks like that was a bad pick. While I like Troup as a person he isn't living up to his pick. Yea he has had injuries way to many but when he plays he isnt doing much(this yr and last yr). While Cody is the starting NT on a very good D.
The Ravens credit NT Terrence Cody for their stout run defense after moving on from Kelly Gregg."He dominates in there quite a bit," coach John Harbaugh said. "He is big, he is athletic, he is moving so well, he stays square. ... I know you put him in there with Haloti, and I think our linebackers appreciate having those two guys in the middle." The Ravens have done a commendable job of mixing in young defensive talent to go with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed.

Pick high teens - mid 20s.
1st Round : Vinny Curry - DE/OLB - Marshall 6'4 - 250
2nd Round : Cliff Harris - CB - Oregon 5'11 180
3rd Round : Kevin Zeitler - OG - Wisconsin 6'4 315
4th Round : T.Y. Hilton - WR - Florida International 5'10 180
4th Round : BAL : Matt McCants - OT - UAB 6'7 - 295
5th Round : Ladarius Green - TE - Louisiana-Lafayette 6'6 - 230
6th Round : SEA : Charles Brown - CB - North Carolina 5'10 - 205
6th Round : Russell Wilson - QB - Wisconsin 5'11 - 210
7th Round : Nathan Williams - DE/OLB - Ohio State 6'3 - 250
How do you beat NE???
Get after Brady dont give him all day. We have little pass rush. Lights Out hasn't been getting to the QB and we have little at the spot. So here comes Vinny Curry.
Have some ability to cover Wes Welker. Just a bit, if he gets 8 rec. 90 yards and a TD call it a good game. Face it you can't stop Brady to Welker but if you can hold him down just a bit you have a chance in the game. Cliff Harris is very fast and agile and has the pure talent to cover Welker in the slot.
Urbik meh, Rinehart meh. The Badgers RG Zeitler has 22 starts, the most among Wisconsin's linemen. Has helped pave the way for Montee Ball and James White.
Bye bye Rocsoce. Love ya but your getting old and injury prone. Hilton is an electric playmaker. SJ13, DJ, Nelson + Hilton in 4 WR sets = I like.
Bell has played nice but we have nothing behind him. McCants is a 3 yr starter at LT for UAB and is a good athlete. Would add some strength & weight in and NFL program.
Scott has played well but there is nothing behind him. Green is a receiver that presents mismatches to exploit a defense. Needs to ber a better run block. He has the frame to add 10 or so pounds in the NFL.
Nix said you always should grab a DB in the draft and we know why, they get hurt. McGee might be done in B-Lo, McLovin who knows, D-Flo is up in age, Williams nice prospect, Corner blows, Rogers could be a nice nickle DB. Plus we get another Tar Heel.
Worth a shot for a QB late in Wilson. Thigpen looked like crap in the preseason so who knows about the #2 QB spot.
Nathan had knee surgery who knows if he'll play this year. I thought he'd break out for the Buckeyes this year as the Joker LB that gets after the QB.
-
Agree, RB is the one position we shouldn't draft. I think round 4 would be a good place to pick a WR to replace Parrish.
maybe T.Y. Hilton, Florida International?
-
picking a rb in r4 makes no sense. jackson, spiller and white are the 3 backs. not gonna give up on white as the #3 after 1 year.
we also have a late pick from SEA va the Lynch trade.

One of the more unheralded players in college football, Wheatley made professional scouts take notice of his ability as a shutdown cornerback. After sitting out the 2005 season following surgery to repair a broken wrist, Wheatley more than made up for lost time, establishing himself as the premier man-coverage cornerback in an extremely talented conference.More in Links

Lee Evans is out this week and the guy who replaced him has 3 Tds in the 1q. Ha!!!!

SJ gets 5 years $37.5 million, $19 million guaranteed

They were top 2 in rushing last year. So stop the run would be the biggest thing working towards a win. Make Campbell beat us through the air. If we can do that we can tee off on Campbell with the pass rush and bull rushes of Merriman, Kelsey, Dareus and Williams and let our LBs and DBs make plays. Doing what they do best.
On offense we need to keep a steady run/pass selection of playcalls. Make sure to keep the run at the right times but keep the pass going to keep them honest and turning over those first downs. Fitz is gonna need to be consistant again for sure.
We should win this ine by 2 TDs if all that happens. And send us soaring extremely high heading into week 3 at home against the Pats. If we do this and are able to defeat the Pats this year I see us turning things around this year instead of next year. I'd predict a 9-7 or 10-6 record with playoffs in our future.
Yep stop DMC is #1. Dude has become a very good RB who can take it to the house on any play. Campbell is a meh QB make him beat us but they have QUICK WRs. Ford, DHB, Moore those guys can really fly.
They have a nice front 7 as well, were number 2 in sacks last year and really got after Orton week 1. Pass pro. is gonna have to have a nice game. Houston, Seymour, Shaughnessy, Wimbley, McClain those are some good young player in thier front 7.

well we all knew Fitz wasn't worth what he got and today shows it.
