Just how is this, "an elephant in the room?" If you're foggy on the metaphor, the "elephant in the room" refers to a glaringly obvious issue that no one wants to talk about, or is going unaddressed. I read these threads A LOT, (although, I rarely post). I can't think of anyone in these forums, even the most strident EJ supporters, who don't freely admit that EJ is a "work in progress."

that Leonhard penalty call was absolutely terrible. unfortunately the chandler call was correct as was the robert woods one.

having watched EJ at Florida State, him making the wrong read on the zone read or even option plays was not an uncommon thing. After he got flattened by Travis Lewis of OU and injured his shoulder one year he hardly ever ran on designated run plays.

those would have been easy, easy completions for good (3+) chunks of yards that probably would have eased the jets off their aggressive blitz tendencies. sigh.

if any of you people would have watched him in college (I watched him all 3 years at NC State and then @ Wisconsin) you'd have known the dude was amazing and it's not surprising that he's having success.

i dont see how we're able to be successful with how scattershot fitz's passes are. bills receivers should have had 4 or 5 more catches but fitzpatrick's placement is terrible.
