  1. A punt return for a TD. A defensive TD. #1 WR out of game. #1 QB out of game. #1 RB limited carries due to injury.

Bills' fans blame the OC for the loss.

    Interesting.

Down by 7 with 2:20 left in the half and the guy basically tried to run the clock out with 3 straight running plays.

  2. we have the lowest ticket prices in the league. Why would a new owner coming in say, "oh, look, we play all the games at home, but that's ok, I'm glad they didn't renew the toronto series." The Tornoto game brings in $$$. I'm a season ticket holder and fine w/ it. It helps keep the team in Buffalo.

A winning team?! Once this team turns it around, people in Toronto will be coming to watch CJ Spiller, Mario Williams, our new QB, etc. The series is happening, so I like your question. Perhaps discounted tickets for BB season ticket holders to get them to come to TO for the game. This would also help tourism in TO and would enable the mayor to point to this as a good business deal for the city as well.

As simple as it is seems your suggestions make sense. Perhaps the Bills should take a lesson from the Pegula/Black approach and initiate a collaboration improvement plan with fans. I'm sure the Sabres have some key learnings they can share.

It's not "nonsense," it's called "facts." You may not like them, but you can't dispute it.

First, you are totally speculating at what "significantly" less means. The deal 5 years ago was a HUGE grab for Buffalo, now you "guess" without any evidence that it's the same as the Ralph. Then you suggest raising ticket prices, when the team has excess inventory for other games. The Real fans don't want to pay higher ticket prices at the Ralph, and Real fans might take a trip to Toronto to cheer on the team.

  3. Suppose the Bills beat the Niners in a reasonably sound way, say 28-17. There is a lot of gnashing of teeth around here this week because they got trounced by the Pats. How much would your personal perception change if the Bills beat the Niners in SF this weekend? Forget whether you think it's likely to happen (it's not) but given the NFL, on any given Sunday...

I realize that some games are "statement" games. Beating the Pats would have been one and losing to them badly likely makes a statement. Beating the Browns and Chiefs were not statements, IMHO. Beating the 49ers would be.

I hope your right but that would mean Vegas will be wrong by at least 9 1/2 pts. and counting...

  4. I know this is easy to say in hindsight but,

The Bills drafted Williams 2nd Round, 34th pick. Guess who went next? Dalton to the Bengals as 35th pick.

While Aaron may yet turn into a solid player, who would have guessed Dalton developing into a solid QB this quick?

Kudos to the Bengals for doing their homework, and yet an another one slips by the Bills.

    This is logic.

The Bills drafted Dareus 1st Round, 3rd pick. Guess who went next? Green to the Bengals as the 4th pick.

While Dareus had a strong year for the Bill DL, Green turned into a pro bowler and made Dalton better than he ever would of been on the Bills.

Kudos to the Bengals for following a draft strategy on offence.
