    Call the Mayor, we have knowledge of an exterminator that has a very effective method, even been seen on tape to prove it(hole different news story). And if you’re nice, he may even take care of small children that you may find as pests. So don’t shoot the kid for coming on the lawn, call the Exterminator. Just be careful he has been known to cross fence lines to get the job done. NOTE: Some people frown upon things like this though. So why are they not putting the cat owner in Jail, in theory, that should solve the problem. "it is not the animal, its the owner". Is Avon’s new theme song "cat scratch fever"?
