I want someone who gets his team prepaired like Belichek does. How he does it but seems like his players understand and study film beyond any other team or maybe they understand what they are seeing because of him and his coaches.

I vote no even though offense has done better but hen you call a reverse in OT when your team is already in macabre FG range and a TD wins when your playoff hopes are thin you don't have the decision making of a head coach

he should fire Rex and Bylsma at the same time one buffalo news conference to start the new year. BOth have been failures. SUre Bylsma was coaching a Tank team however that's over now and he and his system don't seem to be workingIt is guaranteed but Pegula can afford to eat it. I give Rex 1 more season , one more draft and hope key players stay healthy.
The coaches should know by now how complex a D they can handle.
so we can waste another draft on clemson guys and defense that can't handle his complexity which to me looks like a chinese fire drill getting players off and on field. many snaps we have 10 guys on field and if we have 11 the guy is running on while ball is almost snapped

There was a lot of disagreement on Shaq Lawson the prospect. A few "scout" type guys that I follow of twitter, including Matt Waldman, who does a lot of nice video breakdowns, really disliked Shaq Lawson.
While he liked his overall power and stoutness against the run, he thought he was extremely slow, stiff, and many times the very last DL to react to the snap. He had some pictures of the entire Clemson DL already 1 or 2 steps out of their stance on the snap and Shaq would just be getting his hand out of the dirt. Also very slow, and no bend coming off the edge. Said you can find run stoppers in the 3rd and 4th round and really didn't understand the 1st round hype surrounding the guy. So far, I tend to agree with what his tape showed.
we have great scouts that graded him a first round pick or Rex was in love with him since he was Clemson guy

Clean house in coaching staff, medical staff, training staff and strength and conditioning. Get someone with a bunch of yoga experience to teach these guys how,to,honor their bodies

only good thing from that is it gave me a negotiation point with directv that not ALL NFL games were onthank goodness! So long as the games are on at 1 PM and on Direct-TV, this does not affect me.

agree however Rex will want to spend draft picks next year again on defense, looking for CB and safeties. So getting a RT and WRs won't be a priority#1 - the going rate for QB will be pushing $25 mil/yr...(carr, cousins, luck, romo, flacco, palmer, ryan , Stafford)#2 - tyrod's deal averages about $17 mil/yr cap hit which would make him the 20th highest paid qb in 2017.#3 - his contract is team friendly with very low dead money after every single season.#4 - keep tyrod until you are absolutely sure you have someone better already on team. don't cut him and go hoping, wishing.#5 - get healthy (wr, rb, c), upgrade RT, add a WR and watch TT return to alternate pro bowl level.

NFL Game Pass versus Sirius XM

So I am looking at options for radio feed access to the games. since 2006 I have used a sirius radio in my home and Directv ST for watching. Pause broadcast about 10 seconds and audio of the radio call and video usually synchs up.
However this year I have had numerous issues with the radio so stayed with siriusxm stream usually 90 seconds behind so no biggie as long as I am not doing anything but watching since others might text or tweet about something that hasn't happened yet.
I am looking to renew sirius but I am really becoming unhappy with their service and with my own music I am not sure I want to pay 230$ a year for mostly NFL radio with a close to real time feed.
So my basic question for those that have used game pass is how far behind is the game pass radio feed? Do u synch it and than have to constantly resynch or usually stays set?
