  1. Who are the opposing coaches you loathe the most, either because of their personality, or how they dominated the Bills?

    These are my top five.

    1. Bill Belichick

    2. Don Shula

    3. Jimmy Johnson

    4. Bill Parcells

    5. Bill Cowher

Belichick is #1 by a mile, for so many reasons. There is a big drop off between every other one, except Shula and Johnson, whom I could have rated 2.a. and 2.b.

If this topic already exists, could someone please refer me to it? Thanks.

(If you could include other sports, I would have Tom Heinsohn in there.)

    perfect list

perfect list i think Shula is very close to #1 in my book but never was caught like BB has been

  2. Carolina fans seem very much the fair weather type. The restaurant that I bartend at, here in Raleigh is pretty large. There's about 20 self proclaimed "die hards" that work there. Yet, during the playoff game today, almost all of them were there at work, very non chalantly stopping up to check the score and cheer them on for a play or two. Work is the last place I'd be for a playoff game!

just like their hockey fans. PNC is virtually empty most nights now and even when they won the cup in 2006 their arena was full of opposing teams fans.
  3. Well you obviously don't run a business or manage people because that's the biggest line if self supporting malarkey ever. As someone with extensive experience with college kids, I'll take the high gpa kid over the mediocre "college experience" (see: immature, lazy) kid every time if we're talking entry level. Once you build a career and resume, gpa means nothing more than an indicator of potential drive, motivation, and intelligence.

i started 2 startups that the highest GPA was a 3.8 ( me ) we were very successful and eventually acquired. This was in computer related business and I was amazed that I found people with lower GPAs were able to think outside the box better that the 4.0's I am not talking folks with 2.0 but folks with 3.2 seemed to be able to interact and work with other better than the eggheads. Hired one PhD that looked great on paper 4.0 etc from credible school wasn't worth the paper her GPA was printed on

  4. Make tweaks, not wholesale changes.

Whaley AND Rex both stay, and they work on improving their process and relationship. I think bringing in a Czar to make sure Rex and Whaley stay in their lanes would be wise, as Pegula is not a football mind.

Bring in the players needed to fully implement the 3-4 they want to do. Mario and Kyle should be gone. Need to find playmaking LB and S, need a true NT.

Need a #2 WR so that our offense is not reliant on HRs to Sammy or McCoy busting one.

Need a RT, and drafting best OL available would be wise in the early rounds b/c we need depth across the board here. Wood is average.

Next training camp the focus is not focused on installing the scheme, but on details and fundamentals and not taking penalties.

to move to a 3-4 we have major needs on D so than once again we will ignore the offense which needs major upgrades on the line
  5. Rex needs to go for many reasons. I think he is more focused on captains for chi tosses etc than game planning. A great example is last week he had a quality control coach putting up various signs to counter chip, jelly and the various signal senders from his sideline. So instead of a game plan he decides to make sure a quality control, coach or so end on sideline would mock Kelly with these goofy signs with chicken wings, Sabres logo etc on them. Never saw this discussed since was mentioned on radio but never saw it on Tv broadcast. The guy is a side show not a head coach worth a ****
