People talking about the Bills having a second "non-losing season"...lol
Personally, I see 8-8 as a non-winning season. Since the actual goal is to have more W's than L's.

Have to finish in the top 6. Now they sit in eight place. Have Pittsburgh, NY and Miami ahead of them. Have to beat NY both games and Miami to be given a chance. It is a long shot. The Bills need to get and stay healthy for the stretch. Next up is Miami with the season on the line.
Bills don't cross lines, they draw new ones.

1-3 at home with all 3 losses coming against teams that are going to the playoffs this year (yes, the G-Men are going).
They are among the best, it's the coaching that's holding them back now.
There's always something holding them back. If not coaching than it's injuries or the refs or _________________.

100% approve. This is a Doug Whaley hire, remember. I can see Whaley and Ryan having the same vision, being that Whaley is from Pittsburgh and Ryan from the Ravens originally. This will be an AFC North kind of team from now on. Which bodes well for us. I am even more interested in seeing what Roman can do with EJ. I think EJ has a coming out party next year with a coaching staff that is actually behind him.
I thought Roman is a "run" guru? So the thought is that an better run game will improve EJ's accuracy?

Well at the very least, hiring Ryan will buy the new owners some more time to make it to playoffs.
After 2015 they can rightly say he (Ryan) needs more time to put "his" mark on the team.

We have a coach who has actually beaten Belichick in Foxboro in the playoffs with a bad QB. How anyone could be against this is beyond me.
