  1. So far I've found that outside of WNY the imitations are....just that, imitations. The Bills bar near me in ATL is OK, but not like WNY.

Now the Ted's knockoff near me has great dogs.

Buffalo has great food!!! A leading export.

I still go to Ted's every visit. I think their dogs aren't what they used to be. I will say that living out here on the west coast, folks have no idea about places that use real charcoal. We have a local SF business, Lazzari, that has a variety of good charcoal.

  2. Actually, it was the Buddy/Nix tandem that dealt him. After Chan/Gailey lobbied so hard for a water/bug, we had a very crowded back/field. The dynamic duo of Buddy and Nix made the deal to feature CJ/Spiller especially after Freddy/Jackson outperformed Beef Mo'.

It's all good. I swiped a $20 off his table in Oakland & gave it back to the Buffalo/Chippewa woman who he swiped it from originally. lol, bye bye Beastmode

  3. Looks like a favorable schedule to me!! I live a few miles from the Levi's stadium and would have liked to see this game live. Oh well, the Bills have lost every road game I've been to so probably for the best.

Edit.. duh.. just saw they are playing in Oakland.. I'll definitely make up the trip to see that game. I am not predicting the end of the road game losses though.

We'll still see the SF game live, just in our jammies on a Sunday morning. You can enjoy the game in what used to be O.com, i'll stay safe in my humble SF house.

  4. Yeah, can understand why for ticket sales, etc. I love December games, and if we're fighting for a playoff spot, I imagine as fans, we'll love having all those home games to go.

I was hoping for a three-game west-coast road trip, but...

No, I like my Sunday morning games, & LMAF (late Monday afternoon football)

  5. Sorry to nitpick, but not necessarily. The three west coast road games could have been in a row instead of all of them following east coast games.

4 out of 6 last games at home would make up for all the east-to-west travel, though.

I know we prefer fewer home games in Dec., but Pitt will bring fans, not sure about Browns, Fins no way Xmas eve

  6. Players will earn plenty of frequent flyer miles. At least no back to back west coast games. The 48er's when having east coast games back to back stayed east. Terry could buy a hotel for us if we end up playing 2 in a row out here.

over 18,000 miles of travel if the schedule is as posted

  7.

    based on rumor...

    11-Sep @ ravens 15-Sep jets (TNF) 25-Sep AZ 2-Oct @NE 9-Oct @LA 16-Oct SF 23-Oct @Mia 30-Oct NE 7-Nov @Sea (MNF) 13-Nov Bye 20-Nov @Cin 27-Nov Jax 4-Dec @Oak 11-Dec Pitt 18-Dec Cle 25-Dec Mia 1-Jan @NYJ

we do know that the nfl season kicks off sept 8th, thursday.

Players will earn plenty of frequent flyer miles. At least no back to back west coast games. The 48er's when having east coast games back to back stayed east. Terry could buy a hotel for us if we end up playing 2 in a row out here.
