  1. so I'm part of the problem because I took my church youth group to the game with 37 tickets that were donated to the church ... we didn't even pay for the parking ... I'd give you a broader brush to paint with, but it doesn't exist

I hope after the game you told them, this is just a small glimpse of what Hell is going to be like, and gave an invitation.

  2. This year it seems to be broken bones. Not sure what a strength and conditioning coach can do to prevent that? If they can weather these next few games, alot of our wounded will be coming back. Of course, we could still lose more too! It doesn't seem like it, but many teams are being devastated by injuries. The good teams have depth and work their way through it.

  3. who should return kicks?

I voted McGee. I think he would put us in the best position to win games. I have heard the argument that we need him on the D and can't risk him, but remember Deion Sanders handling return duties, and still somehow surviving to play defense and performing well in the secondary.

  4. McGee had a good game. I was impressed with his tackling, and the team over-all with some great tackles. Open field hits, and hanging on to the player, when in the past the contact would be made where it needed to be, and then the opponent would bust out.

  5. Let's do this poll after about week 8. It's kinda hard not to vote for Freddy today, but I'm looking forward to seeing what ML can do. We are in a great position at RB. It reminds me of the depth the Giants have had. My gut says Oman could contribute pretty effectively if he needed to.

  6. That might be the case, but it still wasn't very smart on his part taking that chance. He has to slide or go out of bounds on that run, and I am sure the coaching staff will and probably already has reminded him of that over and over.

I agree, that it was uneccesary contact, but Edwards made the hit, not the defender. I hope he doesn't keep doing it, and am glad he didn't get hurt, but when many of us were questioning his confidence, it was kinda fun to see him do something that gutsy.

  7. It seemed like the guy could never put it into the endzone in the past, and forced Tampa to take the knee twice late in the game. I hope the trend continues.

There has been alot of 2nd guessing as to DJ kicking rather than going for it on 4th and 1 deep in the red zone. IIRC. that was one of the times Lindell came out and buried it deep. Points on the board and 80 yds to cover for the Bucs.

As a former critic, nice job Lindell

  8. With about 7 minutes to go in the 4th, one of the guys at my bro-in-law's house said, well, at least we won't be 0-6 in the division this year. I blame him.

There is no other team in the NFL that can lose games as creatively as the Bills.
