This is truly a time warp.
What's next, Darlene shows up with a whip?
I spoke with her just the other day. Haven't heard from Dan in a long time though.
As far as time warp, I was thinking gobills might make a sudden reappearance.

Of course, and Eric's contribution is still missed here.
But, no mention of history is complete without a thorough thanks to Dan Valentine - the godfather of the Buffalo Bills fan community on these Internets tubes and the original BBML.
Cheers to the old folks.
Good times. And, good football.
Almost forgotten, but not quite history.
Cheers to the old fogies.

Even when Bridget's Boytoy messes up, it works.

Not so fast. The ref calling this game has called a grand total of 5 defensive pass interference penalties.....
ALL YEAR LONG....
So, we can expect the Patriot DBs to "ride" the Colts all day long.
Everyone wants another Patriots, Brady, Bruschi, Belichick Super Bowl!

You don't need quality players on the offensive line. You can use any old fat slobs, and line up a "superstar" running back behind them and you'll do just fine! /TommyD>
Yep. Having a great line is overrated. It's much more efficient to try and find the next Joe Montana every year.

Didn't you get the memo? It's all about the QB.

Tom Brady is invincible.

That was me who posted his actual numbers. I went through every game and his number of penalties was something like 8/season. But he sucks for costing us 40-80 yards/season, as opposed to the crappy guard play we've had since then.
Alas, my words fell upon deaf ears for the most part. Glad at least one person remembered though.
We've had it so much better since he left. How many bowling pins have they lined up at guard?

Wow, Ruben Brown looks old.
Best thing to ever happen to Brown. He now has a legit chance at a ring with a team that understands why you need talent in the trenches.

I am not bashing Modrak, but he was interviewed about a year/year and a half ago about Mike Williams, and he said he was a huge disappointment for him. He also said that the Williams pick made him realize that the big masher RT was no longer a worth much in today's NFL -- if he can't pass block, he'll get eaten alive. The point is, he said that he learned a lesson. Virtually everyone -- and not just the Bills -- thought that Mike Williams was going to be good, or at least good as a road grading RT.
No doubt, Williams was the "safe" pick at the time. But, he was no different than any other draft pick -- there were some negatives (bum knee, questionable work ethic, lack of conditioning, being billed as "The next Leonard Davis"). Unfortunately, many people looked at the height, weight, and square dance lessons and fell in love with the big, coated in baby fat guy's potential.

That's the same thing I heard about Donahoe when he got here.
Rooney has a good track record of dumping overly self-confident stuffed shirts as well.
-
Either that, or they were actually paying attention and realized that the Patriots retained possession.
Yes, I wasn't paying attention. It was only the Patriots, afterall. Thanks for the polite response.

But, he is a god.

Did the Pats recover the ball?
I thought San Diego recovered the fumble. The personal foul was obviously post-possession, so it should have been San Diego's ball. But, somehow, some ref pulled a "tuck rule" out of his orifice or something.
"Everyone loves the Patriots and can't wait to see Tom Terrific win more Super Bowls."

You gotta admit, Marv has been doing pretty good at landing the players he targets so far.

Quit your belly-aching. That pose is reserved for the guys that get tagged.

About time someone called out Upshaw.

Actually, compared to Sam Adams, Ngata is small and fast.

No, but I think meth is an addictive drug.

Ah, we have finally arrived! 12 <genuflect> pages.

How big is it? Can I make a paper airplane out of it? Frame it and hang it as a poster on the wall?

It's almost time to start genuflecting.
Chaz Schilens? take a look

Aren't a lot of people begging for a more physical compliment to Lee Evans? Chaz is tall, but he's a string bean with a history of injury.
BTW, Lee Evans is supposed to be a guy that can run over the top of the safeties, too; but, the Bills can't get him the ball. What do people think about that? Is there any discussion? Is it the QB? Line? Evans?
