It sure seems like Marv and co. are working for the future. Just look at all the FA signings. most of them are under 30. All the players drafted so far are Juniors. Heck, maybe these Juniors would have been on the top of Mel's board next year. Also, I don't think Marv is done just yet. I have a fealing that he will look long and hard at any Vetran Tackles released on June 1st. We all know that a rookie playing left tackle (no matter how good) will have some ups and downs. And that can kill a QB.

Do any of you play madden. If you go to the practice mode you can line up any D vs. any O. The thing I like most about the cover 2, is the fact that you can run a lot of plays out of the same look. The most common is a 2 deep, 5 short zone. you can mix it up and go 2 deep, 4 short and blitz any one of the LB or corners. You can also mix it up and go man the corners, LB or any combination of either. For you younger folkes try it on your madden (practice mode). For you old people, grab your grandchildrens and give it a try.

At my work (fortune 500 company). Every position has to be posted and the interview process followed. The strange thing is when a position is posted and the person hiring allready knows who he wants, they put it in the summery of the position, that the canidate has been identified. But they still need to interview the minimum of 7 people.
