So you think the 32 white owners are now familiar enough with the hundreds of quality black coaches who don't move around within their network? I'm not a big affirmative action guy, but this procedure has had benefits in providing opportunities for deserving guys who otherwise may not have gotten them. Even if they're just opportunities to introduce themselves and get a chance to talk to the decision makers.

I just watched most of the Hawaii Bowl - man that kid can ball. Currently a true freshman, Kyle Padron has one hell of an NFL future ahead of him. Great movement in the pocket, great accuracy, great touch, great mechanics/footwrk quick reads and strong arm. Has NFL size too. If he were a senior/ draft eligible Id want him with our 1st pick. If the Bills are still looking for a QB when he does enter the draft (please kill me) then they need to target this kid.
He put on one hell of a show, thats for sure.

All, of the draft pundits were down on his work ethic. Also, Schobel was out, so how much do you think an average DE would play in that situation?
I don't rate players based on rookie seasons, and I sure as hell don't care about what some draft "pundit" has to say. It's also important to point out that I despise anything and everything VA Tech.
If your going to have an opinion great, but at least base it on something you see not someone else.

He had plenty to base his opinion on, a pre-draft mag said he was lazy and he didn't play much last year.
