Yes I agree but we need a good system to go with the team!! I think Edwards would be better in a West Coast offense. I also BILLieve in a firey coach to get after the players on off days. Yes they are suppose to be professionals but they are only human. There are plenty of days I don't want to go to work!!

I agree but it's the system they are using now. Smaller quicker linemen. Give me a widebody anyday that can block the sun! At least one that is fit for his size. Don't need any that need oxygen machines just to breathe.

Yes I remember Winfield always tackling opposing players. He was a great corner for us! He made alot of solo tackles and the guys would go flying....HE HE HE!!

Maybe you haven't noticed but "OUR" scheme is 32nd in run defense. I'm glad he doesn't fit our scheme...it needs to change!!!

Anyone remember an undrafted player by the name of Pat Williams? He use to play for us along side Ted Washington!!! Now that was a Great Interior Defesive line back then! Then what does Bills management ( I BILLieve it was Tom Donahue...forgive the spelling of his name ) back then do? Let him go just when he was coming into his prime! He is now 37 years old and still playing for the Vikings. His name was called alot today making positive plays. The Vikings lost today but I blame a BAD called penelty. The Refs BLEW a Touchdown pass that Farve threw. Oh well don't really care but Pat was still playing great "D" today for the Vikings. Wish we still had him!!!

The offense is better now and when Drew Bledsoe was there he scored 9 TD's as a rookie!! Sorry I was taken verbatim but I meant that he is a very skilled receiver!

The poor guy doesnt get any respect all off-season and all he does is make Touchdowns! All I kept hearing was how now they have a real #1 receiver in T.O. Through it all he has kept his mouth shut and been a team player!! WAY TO GO LEE!!

I seem to remember that I read somewhere that Bill Walsh reccomended Trent Edwards to Marv Levy before he died. I think the problem with Edwards is NOTHING!! He still needs more time. A young Brett Farve used to throw interceptions all the time...just like an old Brett Farve does. He is still a winner!! Trent will become better as he learns this no huddle system. As will the rest of the offense. Five new o-line skill players trying to mesh as one unit will take time. Unfortunately we as Bills fans are tired of waiting!! I like Trent! I think he has shown his skills from the day he was drafted! Maybe Dick Jauron knows what he was doing when he fired the OC. Obviously there was a problem somewhere! Better now than later!! If Dick get fired then bring in Mike Shanahan and the West Coast Offense!!

Maybe its time for Jimbo to come out of retirement and become an Offensive Coordinator!! Any thoughts?
