Mixed feelings for the obvious reasons. I don't want to speak ill of the dead but as a Buffalo Bill was an all-time great. Best RETIRED player on offense the Bills ever had. Josh will take that honor once his playing career is over.

Same here.  Hope for his sake he really didn't kill Nicole because he won't fool the guy upstairs....

    Is he though?

I bet Doug Whaley would have been better with Josh.

Whaley built the team that broke the drought. Without Josh.

    Polian at least made Superbowls.

Doug Whaley is so great he's doing what today?  Ok enough said.

At the end of the day, this team is missing nearly 2,000 yards and 15 passing TDs of production from Diggs & Davis on last year's team.  That's about half of Allen's passing production.

If it were that easy to replace that with a pair of 5th round WRs and a seven year vet that's averaged 500 yards & 3 TDs, then we wouldn't be talking about drafting a WR in rounds 1 & 2 or if possible, getting a high-priced veteran WR.

We're looking more like the Ravens than ever.

    I trust in Beane.

Yeah, there must have been a lot more going on that we don't know about. I know Diggs sent some mysterious tweets, but largely he kept the issues in house, and I respect him for that. Too many players go out and air their dirty laundry in interviews or on social media. Diggs didn't do that, regardless of how people feel about his tweets. Nothing was blatant.

That said, it's a real shame that he couldn't be more professional and control his emotions and attitude. He basically forced himself off the team, and that sucks.

His play the last quarter of the season and post season also helped "force" him off the team as well.  The dude was brutal down the stretch.

Hey, i like the guy, but you can't keep him around just cause you like him.

It's a business and he needs to produce on the field, which he hasn't due to injury, so i have zero issues with letting him go.

If another team picks him up, i just hope a contract is laced with incentives.

Liked Poyer and Hyde too...but sometimes you just have to move on.

... and what exactly does that have to do with his comments being a big ole' nothing burger?

It's the same every year. Diggs will say or do some cryptic stuff to keep his name on people's lips during the Offseason and literally everyone falls for it.

Sorry to break it to you, but he's not going anywhere until 2025 at the earliest. He knows it and the Bills know it.

Sorry to break it to you, but I never said he was going anywhere. lol

    Here we go.

It's bad enough the media likes to make something out of nothing every year. Do we really need to do it every year too?

It's nothing. Same as last year. His contract isn't really tradable. Especially with how he played at the end of last year. Why would a team take that on if there's any concern he's falling off?

As for what he said, I read it as nothing. I just took it as him looking at how things ended last season and the team being a mess roster wise and not taking for granted that he's safe. Reports are he's not unhappy or looking to move:

Nothing?  Do you seriously think he performed as a WR1 during the second half of the season?  Something is up with him - ether physically, mentally or both.

Can't remember if it was this superbowl, or the other Dallas superbowl, but didn't the bills punt at one point from like the 50, and Dallas ran it back for like 35 yards, turning up a net punt of like 15 yards? Just terrible

Rick Tuten had a 19-yard punt the super bowl against the Giants...talk about horrible.
