He means that no NFL team has ever lost games on purpose to get a high draft pick. Whenever Chan, or any other player for that matter, steps out onto the field, they are putting together their resume. If Chan were to just make dumb decisions, even more so then he is now, then he will have to justify that at his next job interview. The same goes for players. So, this topic, like so many others on this board, is pointless.
I understood what he was saying I was just making a point on how bad Chan Gailey is.

That is an absolutely absurd statement. I don't wish for the team to move. I wish for some changes to be made so the team gets better.
It's good to know that there will be people like you letting Ralph Wilson know that no matter how crappy this organization is, you will give them undying gratitude and more importantly your money.

That's a great attitude. Support a crappy team who doesn't give a rats ass about its fans, just so they don't leave.

After that joke of a performance, the board should be hopping..but it's basically dead.
It just shows, more than anything, that people just don't care anymore, and that makes me very happy. When no one cares any more, people won't buy tickets or go to games and in turn it ensures that the whole front office will be gone.
This is a great day to be a Bills fan!!!!

I've been really quiet here over the last month and a half because I've become so disgusted with this whole organization, but I'd like to throw this one out there...
How about giving Sam Wyche a chance at being a head coach again? sh-- can TD, MM, JG and TC. Promote Modrak and let Wyche build a new staff. It's going to be a rebuilding next year anyways.
No thank you, get rid of the whole lot of them. Modrak has been helping TD build this mess of a team. Get rid of them all!

They couldn't run effectively in crunch time. They couldn't complete a pass it seemed the whole 2nd half. They took some stupid penalties to keep drives alive for Miami. They gave up enormous chunks of yardage to a QB that was shutout by the Browns two weeks ago. The coaches called plays they needed to execute and they couldn't....period.
These players are the fruits of TD's labor.

ANYONE WITH COMMON SENSE DISAGREES. There is no room for debate on that either- I think Evans and Lossman were TD draft picks- TD built the team that took the lead, a fact which you CONVENIENTLY dismiss, but I wont allow you to.
I'm so sick and tired of people who wan tchange for the sake of change- thos epeople should be ignored, and the Bills WILL do.
Donahoe is here to stay, and there ain't a doggone thing you can do about it- and that the way it is.
He also built the team that lost this game! He also picked Gregg Williams, Rob Johnson, Mike Williams (4th pick in the draft), Drew Bledsoe....
TD built our wonderful O Line and D Line, I won't allow you to dismiss these facts.

Why are we talking about wide receivers? The Bills need OL and DL more than anything. A pass rushing DE like Mathias Kiwanuka out of B.C. would be nice.

Yes Fitz and the defense suck but this team loses because Chan isn't smart enough to coach in a way that gives his team the best chance to win.
If your quarterback sucks (and you have the best RB in the NFL) don't force the passing game.
If your defense sucks, don't punt the ball from the 34 and rely on them to stop the other team.
Chan is a moron!
