I voted 'Could care less about football'
I like coming to this board to browse and read topics. But until balanced, rational minds prevail in the NFL, I am not giving them my time or money.

If we kneel when calling, is there a deeper discount?

Said this a few times to others and Ill say it now:
I sure hope Dion Dawkins has a long and successful career with the Buffalo Bills. Dion can go down as one of the most popular players in Buffalo sports history. At least from what we can see, Dion seems to really love being in Buffalo, and gets this city and the culture and the fan base. My favorite Buffalo Bill. He GETS it.

Maybe its time to get, you know, priorities in order and shut down sports altogether and get this damn virus under control. And we can, you know, come together as 1 and fight this so we can all resume normalcy sooner. Putting band aids on this will not slow the spread at all.

Josh Allen just has to go out there and keep proving a lot of these doubters wrong. let him hear this. Let this keep that chip on his shoulder. I love it.

Rutgers defenses have been social distancing properly since joining the Big 10, they are well prepared for this pandemic.

Screw it: Troll the NFL and call the stadium Redskins Park.

I then honestly must only see his bad games. I have not watched as much as I used to but his game against Buffalo last year is similar to what I always see. He throws for 350 and 2 TDs but does not make plays to win the game. If his team was repeatedly losing shootouts I would not blame him but the offense is inconsistent. People can argue his good points, but I see him as a mid-level starting QB and at his cieling.
Dak is a lot better then most give him credit for. He is considerably better then an average QB. I love that we have Josh Allen but if we didn't: Id take Dak on Buffalo in a heartbeat.

1. It's the Dallas Cowboys. There are some teams out there that just get a LOT of coverage whether we like it or not.
2. Dak is one of those QB's that elicits a lot of opinions. Why? Because Dallas as far as playoff success goes and even in season, has not lived up to the lofty expectations placed on them annually.
3. When you analyze Dak further, it should be a no brainier that he should be paid like a top QB. He is better then Goff, and to me, its not particularly close.
4. Why isn't he getting paid? I think mostly, draft position, if Dak was a 1st round pick Dallas would have locked him up long term already. These same issues happened to Brees and Cousins, and all 3 have something in common: They were not 1st round picks.

Excellent interview. Gotta hand it to Mark Sanchez, he has done really well for himself in life after football. Kudos

Season over.
Just get to November 3rd, allow what everyone wants in the media and NWO to happen, so we can all move on with our lives.

How the hell can costs go from $2.2 Billion to $5-6 Billion? Someone is bilking them...
One word: California.

Shaq Lawson's comments here prove most players are as loyal to where their paycheck comes from and once that changes, the 'loyalty' they showed to that team and city pretty much disappears into thin air. Most of us have to stop pretending we know some of these players. It's all about the cash.

The NFL and NBA will be short lived on my watch list at this rate. Getting way too political. We watch sports to get AWAY from daily life.

Given how things are in the United States these days, I am thoroughly disgusted with being an American and can envision things getting a lot worse here.
I am absolutely looking to relocate to a country that is peaceful, somewhat balanced politically.
Any good suggestions?

Isn't this a wonderful night to be proud to be an American?

Better question would be, "have you ever been to a Bills home game outside of Buffalo"?
Like the annual games in Miami?

Ive said this before to others and I stand by it.
A guy with a vision like Jason Botterill was needed as soon as the Sabres won the Eichel pick:A GM who was focused on the development of the franchise from the bottom up, and having patience. Instead they hired Tim Murray, who to me was trying to accelerate the development of the franchise when Eichel and Reinhart weren't even 20 years old yet by making the Evander Kane and O Reilly moves and being aggressive in UFA when they should not have been.
Pegula hired the GM's in the wrong order, and we are paying dearly for it.

John Brown for sure.
I can see Diggs taking a nice chunk away from his 2019 numbers. But it dosen't mean John Brown is any less of a player then he was in 2019.

Chris Mohr? (not sure of spelling)

If the Bills are say 7-0, invest in any public traded hard liquor or beer company and you will be made in the shade.

So far over 90% of infections happen in the temperature range of 37 to 63 degrees F.
Could be why most of SE Asia has been relatively spared so far.
Hopefully warmer weather will bring the infections down.
I was thinking this too and I then read where hot temps do not stop the spread. I think SE Asia has been spared due to the lack of testing more then anything else.
I don't see an NFL season in 2020 either.

Still think the Steelers should sign Winston and have him sit behind Big Ben and learn from him. Winston to me has always reminded me a little of Big Ben and he can take over once Ben retires

It was reported that it was close. But thinking about it now I think he wanted to stay in the AFC west
Im thinking it was a leverage play. Singletary is our guy for the next few years the Bills will need a QB who is ok being second fiddle and I never saw Gordon having that mentality

As a St John's NY alum and watching the old Big East games will always remember the classic duels between Big John Thompson and Louie Carnesecca.
RIP Coach.
