I'm all for compartmentalizing what happens on the field versus off of it and I am also all about forgiving people who pay their assigned debt to society.

Just don't be a hypocrite like Nelius.

I haven't participated in the Araiza talk because I'm not offended if they choose to release a player with a serious charge against him while at the same time not presuming the player is guilty at all until he gets his day in court.     That's much too fair to everyone involved to advance discussion among the real housewives of TSW.

At the end of the day it should all be compartmentalized. It's not real life, it's football

The US Department of Justice. It's not a secret.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buffalo_crime_family

"According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the current boss of the Buffalo crime family is Joseph A. "Big Joe" Todaro Jr., having assumed the role after his father, Joseph E. "Lead Pipe Joe" Todaro Sr., retired"

This lawyer is such a POS… what tf is he even talking about?… Say sorry and make a donation and his parents could sit the stands and watch him play?   That doesn’t sound at all like a reasonable compromise for someone you allege was involved in the violent rape of your client.

Do all lawyers like this come across like they have a personal vendetta against the person they file a lawsuit against?   Genuine question?… is that normal?

It really does read like better call Saul. God I hope that girl gets competent legal counsel

Theres an assumption by posters that the news article is the first they’re hearing of this. I could be wrong, but I cannot imagine that the girls attorney made no mention of police reports, pictures, rape kits, time lines.

The Bills attorney spoke with him. Everything in the LAT article would have been discussed with the team.

The victims attorney  withheld information for obvious reasons. I think it was a matter of holding cards until later. The bills representation probably knew this and decided if it becomes a real legal issue we will do x y or z.

So just so I’m clear, female media members and Marxism are to blame for Matt Araiza being released.

    seems reasonable enough

Matt arazia was released because 48 hours ago he became a legal liability. How and when a corporate body weighs what legal vulnerabilities are acceptable depends on a multitude of factors.

Yes some of the journalist questions were from a political persuasion and extremely stupid and or sensational in trying to create institutionalized momenteum against due process ( from a legal standpoint and cultural standpoint.)

It's been discussed ad nauseam this is already gaining traction in university in order to create less individual rights and civil rights in order for a centralized state to accuse you of anything and everything without being able to create legal recourse. Think tanks, university, media have all centered on this. This is the whole point of " believe all women" saga.

So when a crisis like this happens, as Marxists revolutionaries always do, they don't let it go to waste.

These ppl don't look at it as a human issue or search for the Truth. It's how can I take advantage of this crisis to create political power. The ends justify the means

  7. The buffalo bills are not the fbi or police department. All they can do as a corporate body is evaluate their legal vulnerability in these situations and the integrity in which people make those decisions given the situation. Arazia being innocent or guilty is a moot point from the bills point of view in a legal context.

I pray for this girl and imho I do believe something very dark has happened but the bills organization must move on. I hope the victim finds justice

    The media is to blame.

Even after Beane cut him, they were going after him. The media even sent the females out to ask questions.

"Why now?" "Why not cut him in July?"

The subtext being "do you hate women?" "Why didn't you immediately believe the accuser?" "Why didn't you immediately assume he was guilty?"

Sleazy sleazy sleazy. They're all desperate for a purpose and to APPEAR intrepid.

If the media is so ethical and fearless why won't anybody ask the Bills why La Nova Pizza owned by the HEAD OF THE BUFFALO MAFIA CRIME FAMILY is licensed to sell food at the stadium. It's a rhetorical question. It's because they're phonies. Let's listen to Wawrow put his betters on the judgement chair instead.

It's called a struggle session. It's typical within the usual politics of Marxists/ Marxism

At the end of the day arazia was a massive legal liability once the civil suit was filed 48 hours ago. I thought the organization was competent and acted like a 1st rate organization by waiting until this became an actual legal issue before they could make a sound rational decision.

The question toward the end where the reporter asked " why wasn't the victims word enough?" It was truly astonishing how stupid that question is and what it implies. As if beane is the manager at McDonald's and some better call Saul lawyer calls and says x,y ,z and then beane without any official legal framework ( criminal or civil) should just start firing people.

It's very disturbing that people in supposed educated positions are this stupid and or sensational.

    We're onto los Angeles
