My choices:
DT (priority)
- Andrew Billings, DT, Chicago
- Harrison Phillips, DT, Minnesota
- Calais Campbell, DT, Atlanta
- Grover Stewart, DT, Indianapolis (returns from suspension December 4)
- Homerun hitting: Kenny Clark, DT, Green Bay
- Homerun hitting: Leonard Williams, DT, New York
OTHERS
- TJ Edwards, LB, Chicago
- Jordan Hicks, LB, Green Bay
- AJ Dillion, RB, Green Bay
- Sterling Shepard, WR, New York
I don't trade for CBs - the Bills have four! rotating around the practice squad. I'd rather try those guys first.
I am only trading for a CB if they're a perfect scheme fit and are available for nothing more than a late round pick swap. I know that means you aren't getting a great player but I'll take the depth if they fit the scheme. Otherwise I'm all over the DT and LB market and I think AJ Dillon would be a very interesting addition to the backfield. I am also looking at RB's who excel in pass protection.

So Burrow can play conservatively but Allen shouldn’t? Josh needs to do what he did last week. Keep taking the easy money when it’s there, and create when it’s not. No need to unnecessarily do one or the other. I’m fine making Burrow do that, because I do believe our offense can keep stride.
That's just more Burrow's style than Allen's. That's also more the Bills defense style than the Bengals.

My priorities are to just go all in. The Chiefs look especially vulnerable this year. The Bengals got off to a slow start. The Ravens look good but still not positive Lamar can carry a team in the playoffs. The Jags actually look like a real threat but they still need to prove themselves. The Dolphins are good but will Tua hold up? Does the team hold up outside of Miami in January? The AFC is wide open. Take advantage and push it all in. The window is open as long as Josh Allen is the quarterback but just be willing to take some risks and improve the personnel

The red-zone defense is going to be critical. Burrow is fine with dinking and dunking all the way down the field. But if you hold them to 3 once they get inside the 10-20, you are going to give your offense a chance to win.
-
I think the extra 3 days off are going to make a big difference here. More rest/recovery, more gameplan time, etc

The Bengals match up well against the Bills. Burrow is fine with a 15 play 75 yard drive for a touchdown. He won't force that hero pass. Mixon is a violent runner (person) who can hurt our poor tackling. It's a prime time road game.
But the game is more than winnable if the right Bills show up all week.
We have the mini bye. We needed it to get healthier and game plan.
McD needs to get creative defensively even with a depleted defense. Throw a lot of looks at burrow
Von needs to get to burrow. His speed can disrupt that timing. It might not be fair to him to expect that but he has to do it
Floyd AJ GR also have to pressure Burrow. If you can pressure for 4 (or even 3) you will get it done
The safeties have to be all over the place
Let's see hero Josh. You don't win this one playing conservative offensively

Elam for Keenan Allen
7th for Derrick Henry
Sherfield and 6th for Surtain
Phillips and 5th for Aaron Donald
Who says no

He isn't good and he doesn't play. What's the problem?

What's disappointing is how in all of these games (Jags, Giants, Patriots, Bucs) we haven't been able to get the one sack on the QB that would have ended the game. Strategy has been lacking but just actually get home to the QB and end the game

Big takeaway for me is that Mike Evans wants to be a Buffalo Bill

Maybe this ends up being a situation where the Titans overplay their hand and have to sell very low
2024 6th and 2025 6th for Henry and Hopkins and I'll be happy.

I don't think the planned to actually run a play. Tried to draw them Offside. And they did. Refs missed it

Allen's arm clearly bothering him on the run to the tunnel. Something to keep an eye on...
Yeah he's hurt. Glad we have 10 days off here after this

Either take the timeout with 35 secs when the play ended or don't take at all. Stupid

Unfortunate that an injured arm may be what forces josh to run more
-
Taron inside the 5 yard line is an auto touchdown or penalty

Hes afraid to take a hit

Better go for it here

If josh decided to check plays at the line, take off when plays break down, take more deep shots, etc, what would happen? It's not like the staff is going to turn to Kyle Allen. He needs to take over on the field and off

Listen to the people doing All-22 breakdowns.
More and more, they are starting to criticize Josh Allen for missing open receivers and mental errors.
Fans don't realize how much the THREAT of a running QB changes things for a defense.
They force you to utilize secondary players as spies. They cause pass rushers to play more contain. Defensive backs are worried about things happening behind them, instead of just coverage. It helps open up things for the passing game.
Without his mobility, Allen is still a good quarterback. He's just not elite.
And without an elite quarterback, our offense is average (at best).
Exactly. And with a depleted defense you need an elite offense and an elite quarterback.

I genuinely don't believe the coaching staff is putting Allen in the best position to use his strengths. He needs to run and be a playmaker. I think they took away the playmaker. He's still a great player but he isn't the elite player that needs to carry this team
That being said, he looks unprepared and just unattached as many have said. Whether that is coaching or his own decision is something we'll never know. But he just doesn't seem to have the same focus and energy as he has before.

Bills signing Fournette (for real this time)

Don't really see any downside. Don't really know if I see any upside either but I'm guessing trade discussions for a RB are too pricy.
