    In waging its war against the universities, the administration is using civil-rights law on behalf of Jewish students, arguing that chants can make Jewish students feel unsafe, and that pro-Palestinian op-eds about Gaza in campus newspapers do so much harm to American foreign policy that their authors must be deported. The American right protested at the woke left when it sought to censor ideas by equating words with violence and prescribed swift punishment for wrongthink. Now, not so much.

    nope you brought trump into it.  he's been convicted of defrauding banks.  My business practice are nothing like his.  Nor are most of the other liberals who are willing to pay more in taxes.  Itt's not branding.  It's the truth.  I'm all for cutting costs as well.  So long as it's done in a rational way, cutting actual fraud an abuse.  Many who will lose their Medicaid are not fraudsters.  Some ar and I'm all for cutting them off and even prosecuting them.  Cutting funding to FEMA is not the way.  Nor attacking universities and important research funding etc.

     

    The most I can do to increase revenue is support and vote for candidates who will raise taxes on the affluent.  I do that every election.

    Instead of donating money to politicians, burn it. You'll get more satisfaction from it.

    LA is hardly a take over of the government, a long way from Jan 6.

    Is the  military now a presidents personal police force without a governors request.

    My goodness, people went crazy at Waco, and that was just FBI, and don't say these are illegals, maybe a % was, but most are citizens.

    So the courts have no control, a governor has no control, congress has no power...the military is used against its own, military parades, will they soon arrest a political opponent ?

    How do you spell constitution?
