Desk jobs are where it’s at. Factories bad! I feel badly for you despite your self-proclaimed empathy. Your parents and educators have failed you.
I do purchasing for a small local company. We are looking for a new welder as we speak. Machining can be dirty and labor intensive, but they are still needed. Actually If I had a kid I would push them to go to trade school opossed to college.
