Went to the Ft. Worth bowl with free tix. Sold 2 extras for $10 each (same as the ticket counter). Wife is a KU grad.
I realize it's not on the same level, but it was a bowl game.

Not to nitpick, but the teams didn't pass through customs going from Canada to the US.
They won the money illegally!!!

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Jim Haslett yet. IF Donahoe DOESN'T get fired, Haslett is a natural for DC - there is both a Buffalo connection (for Mr. Wilson) and a Pittsburgh connection (for our GM).
Never mind...saw it in another thread.

Wait until the holiday specials start - the TV at $1700 will be $999 for the holidays - I work at a major consumer electronics retailer's HQ.
-
Always start RBs who will get the ball 20x per game (McGahee, Johnson, Gado, Portis). Even if it means that you're only starting 1 WR.

Go Gamecocks!
I went to SC for grad school (M.Ed. '97). The girls there are incredible.

My wife is a Chiefs fan, so she's pissed that the game isn't carried live on DirecTV. Guess we'll have to find something else to do...

Ira Albright (the FB/NT from the scab team)
Norwood Vann (LB who didn't make it past training camp in the 80's)

I think it's on OLN, somewhere in the 600s.

I happened to be at the Mandalay last week for a conference. The sumo wrestlers walked around wearing their robes and flipflops. It was kind of surreal seeing a bunch of 400lb men playing the slots.
Some of them could make great OL or DL, but with the training it would take, and the cultural transition, you're looking at 3-5 years apiece.

I have Carson Palmer as my starting QB. I am happy with him, but I have Byron Leftwhich as my back-up. While I like Leftwhich as an NFL QB, he is less than stellar in fantasy terms. I am scouring the waiver wires/free agency list for another QB, who would you pick up?:
Kurt Warner (Cards)
or
Cade McNown (sp?) (Cards)
Barring injury, Palmer is my starter, until his bye-week, in week 9. I like the Arizona WRs. Anyone have a strong hunch, either way, what happens once Warner is healthy?
UH...it's not Cade McNown (who is no longer in the NFL), it's Josh McCown.

I think Donahoe would look at Jim Haslett as DC. Local and Pittsburgh ties.

Contact the hotel and see if they'll match the rate found on Expedia. That way, no worries. Tell them that you'll be happy to email a link.

With my luck, the game would be moved to a late afternoon game, as I'm flying to Vegas that afternoon. I intentionally set my flight to be a few hours after the game ended...
although, if they move the game to Mon night, I'd be able to get a bet down for the game. How about a Mon night Bills game? Come on NFL!

So who wins the Super Bowl?
You have the Bills giving up 20+ points only twice. That's pretty ballsy. Looks like you'll be betting the under a lot this season.
A winnable game the Bills will lose:
At Kansas City. No Bills team has ever played well in that stadium. (can't we get one home game vs. those bastards?)
The KC game is in Buffalo this year.

same as above - your 1st round pick was not good. Both Portis and Culpepper are 2nd round picks in 12 team drafts.
I'd advise that you pick up Mewelde Moore, RB, Vikings. Bennett is banged up again and Moore is starting the next preseason game for the Vikes.

[Larry jogs out to the mound to break up a players' conference]
Larry: Excuse me, but what the hell's going on out here?
Crash Davis: Well, Nuke's scared because his eyelids are jammed and his old man's here. We need a live... is it a live rooster?
[Jose nods]
Crash Davis: . We need a live rooster to take the curse off Jose's glove and nobody seems to know what to get Millie or Jimmy for their wedding present.
[to the players]
Crash Davis: Is that about right?
[the players nod]
Crash Davis: We're dealing with a lot of sh!!.
Larry: Okay, well, uh... candlesticks always make a nice gift, and uh, maybe you could find out where she's registered and maybe a place-setting or maybe a silverware pattern. Okay, let's get two! Go get 'em.

Use the VBD Excel file on this page (scroll down). Much better than fftoolbox, as you more closely mimic settings..

I think you're thinking of www.footballguys.com
the VBD is on the right side of the page as you scroll down

Same here. I've bought concert tix and had great experiences. Check the feedback and the number of ratings.

Good work, but I've counted 52 on your roster. Did you count Neufeld twice?
