2. The coaches hate each other. McD called out Dorsey in the halftime interview. He needs to make a change and bring in a game caller with decades of experience. Stop the JV experiment with Dorsey.
If this is true, this is big news

So, it’s actually legal to put a player like Elam on IR for a fractured ego?

Fournette is 5 years younger than Murray (33) and Douglas is the same age as White (28). Joseph may be older, but, still better than anything we currrently have active as a DT1. ALL 3 were very good additions.
Actually, Douglas is 29 and that's my point. The team is not getting younger but older with every new signing. The NFL is a youth foundation league with a few older veterans scattered in. The Bills are the opposite, with youth scattered in. Bill are tied for the 2nd or 3rd oldest team in the NFL. Got to win NOW!

All great points but one thing I can't get past is that they are all past their prime. A youthful team with a few veterans usually get you there, but that's not what we have

Diggs is open all the time. You'd prefer we look elsewhere first?

I’m not sure the throws to Diggs are as much the OC as it is Allen.
Who may not trust anyone else on O at all. Davis a little bit more.
But all the other pieces are new.
I think it’s obvious what Diggs was mad about this summer.
“Why are we switching to 12? Who is Dalton Kincaid? Why are we changing what was working - just get a competent slot or another legit WR to spell and take over for Gabe after this season.”
The personnel decisions and the direction of the O are on Beane and McD. But looking back this spring it’s like they let Dorsey and his preferred scheme win out but does that suit Allen?
Dorsey is not scheming any others except for diggs so it's mainly the oc

kiss about 60% of your offense away if Diggs goes down. Over reliance on Diggs is just not going to be a successful strategy moving forward

almost 56% team target was diggs and 78% in the 1st quarter alone
