Burned out is not in Americans vocabulary. We work through our fatigue until we get used to the feeling. We never slow and we never stop working. That’s the American way.

Once Upon a Time in America maybe over 30 or 40 years ago American culture did live by those words. They were brought up on a steady diet of John Wayne, Steve McQueen, Clint Eastwood, Sean Connery, Chuck Norris, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis and Al Pacino movies to name a few. They were pro- America and were the social influencers of the day. The warrior ethos

Just WOW if true. The GFs side of the story
QuoteThe affidavit said the alleged victim went from the bedroom to the office of the home and slammed the door out of anger. Miller then became "visibly angry," the affidavit said. He went into the office and yelled at his girlfriend to "get out" of the apartment, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit said the girlfriend "attempted to comply" with Miller's request to leave the home, but wanted to gather some items before leaving. As she did this, the affidavit said, Miller "began to shove and push her, all while telling her to leave from the unit."
The affidavit said Miller then began trying to film his girlfriend on his phone, "all while continuing to push and shove" her out of the home.
The girlfriend kept yelling, "Stop! I'm pregnant!" according to the affidavit, but Miller allegedly kept pushing her.
The affidavit said Miller then "began applying pressure around the [girlfriend's] neck for 3 to 5 seconds before letting go.".....

Thought this was interesting
QuoteAn assault involving injury becomes a third-degree felony if the defendant has any prior domestic assault convictions or the offense involved strangulation or suffocation. If both are true, the penalty increases to a second-degree felony. A third-degree felony conviction subjects the offender to 2 to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. A conviction for a second-degree felony means 2 to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
(Tex. Penal Code §§ 12.21, 12.23, 12.34, 22.01 (2023).)
QuoteOfficers arrived and found Miller's longtime girlfriend with "minor abrasions" on her left hand and bruising on her neck -- "injuries consistent with applied pressure to the neck," according to an arrest warrant affidavit

agree 100% more than just scheme. It was apparent when Brady had his press conference and he said that I want to see that look in Josh's eye again and all the rah rah rhetoric. They all know that Josh is the engine and they have to keep him in the right positive mindset

Diggs is a drama queen who will be gone after next season or sooner and I am OK with that

More 1pm games
Higher draft choices
Easier schedule
Less media hype and attention
Dorsey gone
Gabe gone
Brown gone
Putting up with the Diggs drama show for only 1 more year
Older expensive vets gone
more cap space created
buliding around a talented top 5 QB with lots of time left in him
New Stadium around the corner

New flash, Diggs days are numbered here in Buff. Need to look for replacements now. He is due a fall off in abilities anyways

He fired his DC, he will fire his OC to buy him time
After that, he will run out of excuses, but I don’t think it happens until after next year
this is exactly right

need to address the O line too. in Particular the rt tackle and center

That's not the way it works in the NFL. Mc will keep his job and Dor will be shown the door and taking the majority of the blame with him

what do we save by ditching Von? Poor guy is terrible out there, he should pull himself out.
Von is a stand-up guy and a Hall of Famer I keep on waiting for him to retire and save the bills some dollars

Dorsey don't like RBs. Bean does

Is it too early to talk about draft positions, easier schedule next year, and unloading some of the expensive old veterans
So are we just done expecting Von Miller to do anything?

He's got all his gymnastic moves back but one thing he's missing is pushing back on lineman to collapse the pocket and get to the QB. He's lost a lot of his physical play or holding back
