Am I the only one who thinks that Matt Lafleurs haircut makes him look like a bath house towel boy?
You may be the only one who knows what a bathhouse towel boy looks like.

We ran that wr screen 6 times. It worked once. This isn't college, NFL dbs are way too fast.
Yeah, and that is probably a Joe Brady, legendary college OC problem.
Hopefully he learns from the results today.

Not having him attempt a 62 yarder isn’t exactly an indicative of the staff’s confidence in him. That would be a top 10 all time Fg made.

Wrap has had a tough stretch here lately. The problem with Rapp is that he hits his own guys harder than the opponents....
Because the opponents are still moving when he tries to hit them

I completely - and respectably disagree. Far too many times we have 5 minute slo-mo replays to 'figure it out' and the announcers, the highly respected former official, the viewing audience and the guy who actually makes the decision all have a differing opinion. It's an exercise in futility. Get the egregiously bad calls right and live with the rest - we're stuck with living with the rest either way.
I think we actually agree. The very close calls that require reply with 10 shots in slo mo need to go. But at the same time, you can’t have blatant things that aren’t called and aren’t reviewable. For example, that blatant PI in the saints-rams game from several years ago could happen again today with no recourse.

Especially if Diggs is going to drop every single one of them.
The one would have been a 2 yard loss, so I’m fine with that

This deserves more than just an awesome.
I guess I'm on a crusade cuz I just made this comment in another thread - the most sensible solution I've ever heard is to eliminate slo-mo from replay reviews - if it isn't obvious in a real time replay let it stand. It'll never happen, but that's the best solution I've ever heard.
If it takes 5 minutes of super slo mo replays to figure it out, call stands as called. If it’s extremely obvious on the first TV replay and 95 percent of the viewing audience knows it, that needs to be called. For example, missed facemasks, obvious holding, stepping out of bounds, intentional grounding, horse collar tackles etc

How did they rule the Kelce catch/drop/fumble, a “catch and down by contact”? That’s the only choice out of 3 that it obviously wasn’t.

Anyone think the two back to back holding calls on our tackles after the Murray "catch" were scripted?
Those were both ultra questionable. Dawkins just tosses a guy on his face with his fingertips inside the front of the jersey? Come on

These holding calls are bull####. Football is a great sport ruined by a stupid league
-
This league is such bull####. Spend 10 minutes reviewing a play only to make the only possible wrong call, then miss an easy defensive holding.

Friendly fire. McDermott will reference Pat Tillman in the game tape review.

Weird decision. Hopefully he’s self conscious about his effort and turns it up a notch from where it’s been.

Why be happy with billions of profits, when trillions are out there?

They’re trying to get one of those garbage underthrown ball DPI calls that the NFL is known for.

Gawd this is garbage to watch

Think you missed the “don’t”. Though Jay Remiersma might have something to say.

That last drive had like 6 missed or wrong calls by the refs. Jeesh. The one that bothered me was when they stopped the clock when the receiver clearly was going backwards out of bounds.
They have forgotten that rule completely.

Totally demoralizing. They should forfeit their remaining games.
