I heard over on espn that one of the big reasons Reid decided to switch to Vick was because of the poor play by the OL.

Why would anyone want to bring someone home to shoot them? Then they would have to clean up the mess and throw out the body. Better to shoot where they stand.

Also of note, rookie RB Jacque Bell has not been signed off the Buffalo Bills practice squad. Bell is flying to Philadelphia’s training complex to take a physical, according to his agent, Manvel Trice III.

so my reaction is...why does he still have a Bills uniform? Cut him, he's done for good, pick up a 3rd stringer. Levi?
Bills depth chart on their website still has Edwards as #2.

Wow. So despite a couple of years of tape and an entire offseason of hands-on work and evaluation, it takes until Week 3 for Chan to figure out that Edwards can't play.
And you know what? I don't blame Chan. I blame Edwards, who always looks great until the second the bullets start flying. He is the definition of "coach killer," and good for Chan for moving on quickly.
As for Edwards, that's it for his NFL career. Always sad when a career dies, but it happens all of the time.
Edwards is a good practice and preseason player. He just can't deal with the increase in tempo of regular season games since his concussions.

Not sure how this is something to be excited about. Not much upside with Fitz, though I suppose he has a better chance of getting the WRs involved.
Reasons why this happened (IMO):
-Fitz sees the field way better than Edwards. Fitz is Thigpen-esque and I think Gailey recognizes that.
-Fitz makes quicker reads
-Fitz takes shots down the field
-Fitz is way more mobile (in fact, I think this might have been the biggest reason he is getting the call)
Reasons why this is nothing to get excited about:
-Fitz's accuracy is horrific.
-Look back at ANY commentary about training camp (amateur or professional) and Fitz's poor performance stuck out to everyone. The guy doesn't have the natural abilities to be a starter
-Fitz will throw more INTs than TDs by a noticeable margin
Anyways, Brohm better start looking at the playbook.
Fitzpatrick loves to throw to the spot on the field a yard in front of the WR. Either the WR or the DBs will have to dive to get the ball. (But at least he throws it further then 2 yards.)

If they move to any other city except Toronto, I'm done with them.
That's pretty much where I'm at. Anything beyond that then I'm just a NFL fan - watching the best games.

Let's hope they then give Brohm a try after Fitzpatrick before putting Edwards back in.

Where has Nelson gone? Put him on the field for downs 1-3 and see if he continues to make plays.
If he runs past 2 yards Trent wouldn't be able to find him anyway.

Leave it to the Bills to move Lynch for a CB... I mean they only have 10 DBs on the roster (11 if you count the practice squad) and their 5th best CB was a high draft pick who should be in the prime of his career.
Leave it to the Bills to not make any trade that could help the team.

I'll be happier having the Bills pick up Packers castoffs rather then more Lions and Chiefs castoffs.

You should be glad to be a Bills fan right now. You won't accidentally spike your new daughter when the Bills score a TD since the Bills never score TDs.
