Dang, I missed a call from my Legends rep on Monday. Called her back and left a message. It's Wednesday and she hasn't called back yet. Was that my call to schedule?
It was probably just the introduction call and general timeframe of when to expect your appointment call. Got mine a few weeks ago and they told me I’d probably be up “towards the end of the year”

Offer fractional ownership (complete with profit sharing for stadium revenue) with the PSLs…
Can we “trade” our PSL for use at a different stadium if our team sucks? -

Buying a minority position in a private company, yeah good luck with that. Depending upon how it is structured you are totally at the whim of the Pegulas, they dont want to distribute profits/cash flow, your 25% is worthless until they decide to sell out or offer you to sell you an incremental 26% for a controlling interest.
Without knowing the bolded part it’s pretty tough to make an informed assessment.- 1

For anyone that’s gone through the stadium experience, are the Founder’s, East / West, and Sideline clubs the only “premium” seating options being presented?
I know there will be many more price points for the “regular” seats than in the current stadium, but during the big season ticket holder survey a while back I kind of remember their being discussion of perhaps 10+ different “types” of seating options, all with varying levels of amenities.
Just curious if maybe some of that has been scrapped (due to cost overruns) and we’re looking at more of an apples to apples comparison on seating options compared to the current stadium. Or maybe there’s going to be varying levels of amenities within the “regular” seats that haven’t even been presented yet since it’s all been club at this point?
Just thinking out loud, any info or insights would be appreciated!

if they are the same seat (i.e. the same view location) even at 54 feet closer in the best case scenario, 54 feet is just over the depth of 2 parking spaces end to end.... and you're paying double.
to my point earlier, they're just generating demand by having less seats available and increasing all the ***** that shouldn't matter in a football game because 1/2 of the game requires entertainment during commercials.
new stadiums are flagrant fleecing of communities and fans to line the owners pockets.... like the food is going to be any cheaper at the new stadium because of gained efficiencies or anything? lmao.
I wish our fan base told the owners "no to a new stadium" and they would've then said " no to a superbowl ring for you!" hopefully this buys our fanbase a championship.
There would be “no” team without a new stadium

It feels like a small win. I was thinking that it was going to be $20k per but holding out worked. They called immediately. We moved to the next section over. We saved $10k in license fees and like $1k in tickets annually. My brother did too because we are together.
Someone had asked on the payment structure too. It is 20% today and then the rest is divided evenly until December 1, 2026 (interest free).
Do you mind sharing what the annual cost per seat was? I’m guessing by the time it’s my turn there won’t be any club seats left but if there are I might consider it (feel free to PM me) -

And Kelly was hurt. Belief was low. We often forget how small/stretched the local ticket market really is for Buffalo, compared to other NFL cities, and especially with respect to affluence. Also, I'm not sure traveling NFL tourism was much of a thing yet.
Green Bay's small market solidarity is a solid counter to this line of thinking (they would never have an un-sold-out home playoff game), but there is an old school, generational loyalty and exclusivity to those seats in that community that I'm sure limits how many opposing fans sneak into Lambeau for a given game.
FATIGUE/FRUSTRATION was a real thing in this 90s example, as it has become again the last two seasons in Orchard Park. 2022 was STRESSFUL in that stadium, and the weather was hilariously bad when compared to every other effing day during each week. From Halloween weekend on the vibe was WAY off. Which was partially influenced by Vikings, Steelers, Packers, and Bengals fans being loud enough to make a difference. That never happened in the 90s run, that I recall.
I'd guess that continued price hikes have something to do with the increase in out-of-town fans. Eventually one has to orchestrate a time-share or sublet arrangement to make the financials work. I'm sure the majority of lower bowl seats behind the visiting bench at this point are renewed primarily for profit. Just wish more fans would look for ways to geographically limit WHO buys their seats on the secondary markets and/or seek buyers more privately/locally.
The “opposing fan” influence the past 5 years is nowhere even close to what it was during those 2006ish-2017ish years. My seasons are in section 109 and every week was like being at a different away game. It sucked -

I am glad for it.
Half the field was under par after one round; that shouldn't be the case at the Masters, imo.
I don't mind some scoring at the Masters, I like seeing them battle it out. If it was the US Open I’d agree. -

For what it's worth, I got a call yesterday from my season ticket rep, who offered to answer any questions I have.
I have season tickets in the lower bowl, Bills side, about the 47-yard line, 31 rows up. Pretty great seats. Seniority going back to 1977.
He told me my invitation to the Experience would probably not come until the early Fall, but couldn't really predict it. I was hearing summer a little while back, but it sounds like it's being pushed back a bit. He said it could still be pushed back more, he just wasn't sure.
Wouldn't tell me anything about PSL pricing, just that I would have the opportunity to get seats "comparable" to what I currently have, which I highly doubt.
We'll see...
I’m in section 109 (away side, non tunnel end around the 20). I got my call on Monday and was told “closer to the end of the year” for my turn. Didn’t bother asking about pricing but sounded like once I got my notification I would have a 3 week window to schedule. Told her I would ideally schedule the same weekend as a home game since I live in Ohio and travel up for games and she said they could probably even squeeze me in on a weekend if needed.

20 years from now - Glacier National Park. That's your head's up.
We have a place about 30 minutes from West Glacier (Whitefish). If I’m still alive, I’ll be there 😂 -
Short totality here (my house was just barely inside the zone) but it was awesome. Skies were clear so had a great view of it which helped offset the short duration

I’m just inside the edge of totality here outside Columbus. May drive back roads to get a bit more time if they’re not too busy, but if not my back yard will do.

In all the times I’ve seen this referenced, I don’t think I’ve ever read a firsthand report from a PSE employee on how exactly it was presented. Sure from that graphic alone it seems “out of touch” but what was the context and tone? Was it in fact presented to the entire PSE organization? Was it something openly discussed in the meeting? Was it just a piece of information thrown on a slide that was stating the obvious but never even talked about? I think the answers to those questions would be important information to know before getting the pitchforks out.
Shouldn't exactly be shocking that billionaires expect an ROI that will allow them to maintain their lifestyle. I’m nowhere near a billionaire but any type of long term strategic planning that impacts finances (what doesn’t?), maintaining “quality of life” is certainly near the top of the list of considerations.
I’d really like to know if the tone of this whole thing was “get your act together so we can keep the yacht fueled up” or if it’s just the typical mob mentality demonizing.

Simply being reliable catching the ball is a welcome addition to the current receiving corps. I think he had a very good rookie year and will continue to get better.

This doesn’t compute.
Building a brand new 8,000 square foot house in Buffalo, doesn’t mean that this new house has equal market value to the same large home in California. Or Chicago. Or NYC. etc.
Bringing the Bills ticket pricing up to national averages only makes sense if they’re also building the stadium in one of those larger cities that demand such exorbitant ticket prices.
But they’re not.
They’re charging big city prices, without the big city. The big city prices make sense in those cities because *everything* is more expensive there.
It would be akin to being told the apartments in Lackawanna are now $7.5k per month, because the landlord says the previous rent was undervalued compared to Manhattan and LA.
these are horrible comparisons- 1

$40k is more than the nations average salary.
Wow.
Buffalo has been stuck in a time warp as far as pricing goes for professional sports tickets. This is the going rate for premium seating nowadays.

I was flying back on Saturday night from the west coast to the east coast on a 5 pm flight. The flight got delayed. Then you add the hour for daylight savings!! Went to sleep at 4:30 am!
Last (Saturday) night, I flew to the pacific time zone from Eastern time at 7pm. Daylight savings after arrival, then drove back east into Mountain time this morning. My body clock is way off -

I never said they were club seats. I said club level. Not sure why you are confused...
I’ve never heard anyone refer to 200 level seats that aren’t in the clubs as “club level”. I think that’s where the confusion stems from.

I’m really curious to see if small market western NY, and the new high prices, will yield sellouts for all the games in the new stadium.
That’s why it’s only a 60K seat stadium

For thicker cuts reverse sear never fails for me. Actually did a couple filets on Saturday night. Season well ahead of time then roasting rack in the oven at 250 for about 35-40 minutes, flipping once halfway. When it hits 115-120 internal, pat dry with paper towels before searing in a ripping hot cast iron with a touch of avocado oil for about 45 seconds per side. Let it rest and enjoy!
