Yep can't wait to hear the new lazy media narrative all year how Brock Purdy is now the best quarterback in the NFL.

Would prefer this to more Mahomes and Kelce worshipping.

Always a chance that CMC has an incredible game that gives them the win and Purdy doesn't receive that sort of hype.

  2. Didn't see this posted anywhere yet. Some very interesting details in it. In my opinion, it's inexcusable that every team does not play on a natural grass field. The players overwhelmingly want it. Owners will gripe about the cost, but ***** the billionaire class. Hopefully the NFLPA continues to push on this issue.

I'm not mad about the MVP at all, honestly don't care but I agree.  He's not liked.  As someone said before it comes down to two reasons, they were wrong about him in their previous expectations of him and his race (and or his quoting racist things that were just him being a kid joking around with a friend).

I disagree actually. I think he’s generally well liked.

But the general attitude toward the Bills is that they are good and sometimes great, but destined to choke. I think we’re viewed as a good team now, but in the end we’re still losers.

Josh is living under Mahomes shadow. It’s going to be this way until the Bills win a Super Bowl. Why would the media spend time liking Josh when then could be giving that attention to other people and teams who don’t have legendary choke jobs and honestly a kind of cursed vibe attached to them.

Those are obviously not my feelings toward Josh and the team, but I do believe it’s how a lot of other people view him and the team. It doesn’t matter how many incredible moments he has because in the end they come up short and it’s pointless and painful.

It is a slippery slope when you start getting to perfectly equal in terms of stadium, design, conditions etc... There are many people who think Buffalo playing outdoors in the weather we do is unfair and all northern teams should be in a dome. Seattle and KC were engineered in a way to amplify the noise in their standings to make it impossible to hear for the opponent. The league could halt or pause a game if the heat is legitimately unsafe, they have not needed to at this point.

I agree, something must be done about it. I hope there's another game there this year where it is an issue so that it gets the attention it deserves, but I hope that it isn't ours.

If the league doesn't do anything about it the Bills should adjust the plans for the new stadium so that any rain is funneled down directly over the visitor's benches. Hey, not our problem, we can't control the weather.

Buffalo selected Watkins at the #4 spot before Mack at #5, and Evans at #7. Barr was selected by Minn at #9.

The kid had one season of 1047 yards and 9 TDs, and that was with 96 targets, 60 receptions a 62.5 catch percentage. In three seasons in Buffalo and played in 37 of 48 games.

Mike Evans has played for Tampa for 10 seasons and has yet to have less than 1000 yards in a season.

This is indeed correct and true, but at the same time I have a hard time directly comparing the last 10 years of WR performance in the AFC East vs the NFC South.

The NFC South has got to be the easiest division for a WR to rack up stats, given the general level of competition, the weather, and the indoor playing environments.

Top 8 teams in Superbowl odds. We play 6/7.

The games that concern me most out of these are Texans, 49ers, and maybe Lions.

Ravens are gonna drop off a bit, especially with losing their DC. Chiefs are going to drop off a bit, especially with losing one of their premier defensive players for likely all of next season. Also an outside shot that Kelce or Reid retire. A sick part of me wants them to win the Super Bowl so that there's a greater chance one of the would want to go out a champ.

We've figured out the Dolphins, and assuming we're healthy when we play then and Joe Brady somehow doesn't set the offense back, I expect to win both games against them. Very much hoping we don't have to deal with another extreme heat situation in Miami again. I genuinely think the league should attempt to address this issue, it is a legit danger.

Bengals I could see going either way. I really hope we beat them, as I don't think we have since like 2019. Also their fans are insufferable and I really, really don't want to see Burrow have anymore greater success than Allen.

The schedule looks tough-ish on paper, but think of all the playoff teams we beat this year. I really do believe we have a legit shot at the 1 seed, once again, barring another season of cursed injuries. Only 8 more months to go!
