The answer is they never had a season. The NFL used a lottery system to determine the draft order. The Bills ended up picking 32nd. Now go out and cut the lawn. (Just channeling irate wifey. Love the fin-de-siècle aesthetic references. I wrote a novel with a significant character named Absinthe.)

obviously the pats* get the 1st pick and select Lawrence...

Pass blocking could be a major concern when you rotate 2 smaller backs.

Actually DS was very good in pass block.

#Bills 5-foot-7 RB Devin Singletary is the NFL's pass blocker, per @PFF_Bills grade of 92.1. Next closest is Rex Burkhead at 85.6.

I dont know if Clyde Edwards-Helaire is good or not, but both are good at catching the balls, so you can have the defense honest with that too.

You need a different back than Singletary to pair with him and there are a lot of prospects that offer different attributes than Singletary does and the Bills will need that.

    why?

last year when we changes singletary and put gore in, everybody knows the next play is going to be a running in the middle.

Singletary is very good running short yardage situations (beacause he has awesome vision and balance), and LSU RB looks the same but with high end speed.

I wonder if the Bills will move around to get one of the top 4 RB's.

The buzz is that Swift, Taylor, Dobbins and Akers will be gone by 54.

There are many 3 round RB's and beyond that I like, but I seriously have no idea what McBeane is thinking.

Also, there are barely any roster spots available and the only supreme weaknesses are a superior edge rusher and RB2.

So, will they trade up and take care of one of their two supreme weaknesses?

The LSU RB looks like a faster singletary.

He can make a very good combo with him and  you dont need to change schemes when you changes RB

Let’s apply common sense. The Ravens lined up against us at the end of the first half in victory formation. It appeared as if they were going to take  a knee. They faked taking a knee and ran a play.

Does that mean that Lamar is down because he made the motion as if he was going to take a knee?

I think the question is...if the runner fake to give the ball to the referee and then he runs an scores a td (no whistle) do you think they are going to overturn the play? I dont think so.

by the way...my first post after 10 years reading the forum!
