I am bored, and been thinking about  the Bills and their schedule next year, and here are some predictions

#1) If neither the Bills or the Pats win the Superbowl, Bills-Pats is the Sunday night opener..bank on it. Bills getting all kind of love now, NBC will love how jacked that stadium will be for next season, live shots of the lots and crazy fans,  built in storyline if Brady is, or is not, still in New England. Wish i could bet this now, i am 100% convinced this will happen.

    2) In the slight possibility we do not play that game Sunday, will be the early Monday night game.

    3) Think we get one other home Monday night game. Yep, two home prime time games.

    4) Bills-Chiefs in Orchard Park will be a late season 4:20 game. TV loves snow games, and hope this will be a big clash and hopefully some snow mixed in.

    5) On the road for a Thursday nighter.

Put down the drugs now. There is no way we see New England-Buffalo on opening Sunday night. Small-markets teams with little national following do not get that time slot on opening week.

I prefer NO PRIME TIME GAMES, the national media can just stay out of our house. They can't be trusted

    Pun intended?

With all the west coast trips they'll be making next year, can easily see one or two of them being the 4:25 start.  Typically there's at least 2 games scheduled in that time slot, so if the Bills were to falter next season, that would become the game only a small viewership sees.  The San Fran game would be one strong possibility, maybe Vegas.

All west coast games are in that time slot. You cannot have west coast games in the 1 PM slot.

What really stinks is that Rochester and Syracuse were considered "local" markets for blackouts back when they blacked out games if they weren't sold out, but were not considered local markets for carrying games. Believe the blackout radius was 90 miles, the radius for carrying games was 60 miles.

I was watching football on a Sunday on NBC in the late 80's in Rochester. The Bills were the late, 4 PM game. The first game ran late, and NBC there was not allowed to switch to the start of the Bills game, since Rochester is considered a secondary market. In Buffalo, NBC switched. I was furious.

I am sure they will expand the map come Wednesday maybe not but I am sure they will. They won’t want to close off the Nation on their first Saturday of games. And there isn’t market integrity to protect as they are the only NFL game in that time slot.

and it is a game to tie for the division lead. I think maps expand

    You would be wrong. Sorry.

Yea but we like to tailgate before the game lol. Sometimes we’re lazy and don’t leave till 7:30 but that doesn’t leave much tailgating time!

Fair enough! But I would stay overnight Satrday then, but that does get expensive.

Only reason for the 4pm preference is I have a 3.5 hour drive to the stadium so I wouldn’t have to get up at 4 am. But if I lived nearby 1pm would be preferred. Also two prime time games mixed in would be perfect!

If you leave at 8 or 8:30 AM you will be fine then. No need to get up at 4.

As for me, I am going to bed now (4:30 PM PT). I will find out the results tomorrow morning.

    Ran scenarios yesterday.

    Pats

Wins - Either Houston or Kansas City, Cincinnati, Miami

Loses - Eithet Houston or Kansas City, Buffalo

    Buffalo

    Wins out.

Both 13-3, it had New England in 1st and Buffalo in 5th.

You need to give the reason why. You are taking the easy way out by running scenarios on the computer.

No you don't have to insert an "a" before genuis linguist. In the context of the sentence you don't need it. It's comparing you to two different types of humans.

Also, what point? You blasted a guy for the way he posted a thread and we told you to go fly a kite. Why are you not flying a kite?

This is stupid. I'll see you later troll, who can't even spell "genius" correctly, despite calling out me for poor "diction", lol. But rest assured, I will be watching you, ready to pounce, as you have exposed yourself as a jerk.

  8. 11 minutes ago, Bobby Hooks said:

Actually we're both wrong. It was used to describe a person, in this case it would have been linguist.

    So, we both lose?

Either way, your diction is crummy. This hasn't changed.

You need to insert an "a" before your original "genius linguistic". And you claim my diction is crummy.

Also, still waiting for your response to my point. You can't admit you  had no argument in your first post.

I am tired of responding to a troll.

Thank you for proving me right that your diction is poor. You may want to look up “linguistic,” and then re-read the post multiple times for it to sink in. It was used properly in the context of the post.

You’re not very good at this are you? May want to try another teams board. I hear the Phins board is a bit more your speed. Just in case you’re not sure what I’m intimating, it means it’s slower.

"Linguistic" is an adjective. Sorry, you lose. Keep it up with trying to change the topic.

    Bye troll. LOL.

I love name-calling adults. It’s such an art form. Sometimes I have a tough time telling between the really good name-callers and your everyday run of the mill knuckle dragging ignoramus.

But not you, I can tell that it’s not that you have a poor diction and have a difficult time articulating yourself as a fully formed adult. No, you’re a true artist.

What i I wouldn’t give to be able to skirt the line of genius linguistic and 13 year old gutter rat so eloquently.

Hats off to you good man. Hats off to you.

Nice response to my comment. I see you have none.

BTW, It's "linguistics". LOL. You're still a troll.

Umm... what part did you not understand? I saw it and clicked right away because I wanted to see what Stephen A had to say about the Bills. Do you not know who Stephen A is?

The title was ambiguous. It said just  "Stephen A."

Are you stupid? Now go away for good troll.

From now on I will just start posts with one-word titles too. The OP wanted to generate views by having a clickbait title.

Bucky Brooks with a nice writeup....

Says Tom Brady while the GOAT hasn't been elite since mid 2018 and nobody is scared of him anymore. Says his days as an elite player are over and he has become a game manager relying on great D and special teams to provide him with a lot of short fields.

Also said more people need to start paying attention to what Josh Allen has done, and said he is starting to come into his own as a playmaker and QB...

Thanks for the story. I would refrain from posting google amp links, and post the direct link instead. This way your post has more credibility.
