  1. hey how did I start it? I was just stating that I am looking forward to the trip and the game.
  2. It is 102 days, 8 hours, 19 minutes and 0 seconds until tombradyfan comes to Buffalo to see his Pats beat up on the Bills in their own house again.
  3. Obviously you cannot be serious if you are saying Brady is a horrible QB. Lead the league in TD passes in 2002, 9-0 in the playoffs, 11 TD's and 3 INT's in the post season. Stats wise he is a top 10 QB. When you are down by a score with two minutes left in the game in the playoffs, I don't think there is anyone in the league I would rather have leading my team down the field.
  4. Myself and a few friends drive up every year and get a field view room at the Skydome for the Red Sox series. I love going to Toronto...it's an awesome city with tons of stuff to do. Where to eat? We found this awesome steakhouse called Montana. It was a great restaurant with a creative atmosphere and nice waitstaff. It was a good meal and the prices weren't bad either. After dinner you can get free admission to their nightclub right upstairs. Honestly we had no idea they even had a dance club upstairs until our waitress told us. We decided to hit that up and it was pretty good, different areas playing different music, from hiphop to techno to 80's and 90's rock to a mellow pool room. It was pretty cool. What to do? We checked out the mall that was pretty cool, but you prob wouldnt be interested. CN tower is cool. Whatever you do you need to hit up The House of Lancaster. AWESOME CLUB!!!
  5. Well fellas I think he!! has finally frozen over. I selected Eric Moulds as a WR in my fantasy league yesterday. Honestly, he was the best WR available and I am hoping for a very productive season? What do you guys think he will be able to do this year? Is he going to be able to put up good numbers or is he going to fade and one of the other WR's step up to take over the #1 spot? I'd like to keep him on my squad but if I have to I will trade him to Rudy.
  6. fyi... Law could earn $18 million over 2 years if he meets incentives BY RICH CIMINI AND GARY MYERS New York Daily News NEW YORK - (KRT) - If Ty Law re-injures his surgically repaired left foot and doesn't play a down in 2005, the Jets are on the hook for only $1 million and can cut him after the season with no salary-cap implications, the New York Daily News has learned. But if the former Patriots star stays healthy and plays well this season, he can earn at least a whopping $18 million in the first two years of his contract. Law's contract, reported Wednesday to the NFL's Management Council, is based almost entirely on incentives and covers the Jets in the event of an injury. According to a league source with knowledge of the contract, the complicated deal includes: No signing bonus and a $2.5 million base salary in 2005. Law will receive a $500,000 salary advance on Monday and another $2 million on Sept. 15. If he's placed on injured reserve on or before Sept. 10 (the eve of the season opener) due to a left-foot injury, he receives only $500,000 of the remaining $2 million. That is unusual because, in a standard contract, a player on IR usually receives his entire base salary. A $62,500 roster bonus for each game that he's active in 2005. That means an additional $1 million if he's active for all 16 games. He also can earn a $500,000 bonus if he participates in at least 85 percent of the defensive plays. That would bring his 2005 compensation to $4 million. There's also a sliding scale of playing-time incentives that could guarantee up to $3 million in 2006. A team option for $11 million, payable next March, that would extend the contract through 2011. In other words, the Jets can get out of the contract by cutting Law before March, 2006. A $4 million bonus if the Jets win the Super Bowl this season and Law participates in at least 95 percent of the plays, one of many individual and team-related incentives.
  7. once again the clouded judgement of Bills fans is present
  8. look what you have done riddler...170 posts!!!!
  9. I was having a discussion with a friend of mine about Steve Tasker...what do you think?
  10. rumor has it that your team sucks anyways...willis will fit right in!!!

  12. holla at my peeps in buffalo... big game just gettin started...i got dirty water by the standells blastin on the pc... see ya in jax!!!
  13. Rudy, were you saying something? Stop running your mouth!!! Football is a team sport, one qb, one WR or one RB will not win the game for you. On the other hand, one or two DB's being out as they have been for the whole year will not lose it for ya. Our team stepped up the intensity and made the Colts play Pats football in Foxboro, not in the controlled environment of the RCA Dome. I cant wait to hear the excuses you guys come up with this time!!!
  14. How about Lindell's Scott Norwood impression of wide-right in the Pitt game?
  15. I thought if you were a true Bills fan you would have jumped at the chance to go to Buffalo to see your first Bill's game in Bills country with three friends (two Patriot fans and one Bills fan) to see the Pats @ Bills game. I question the integrity of your loyalty as a Bills Backer. I guess it is easy to root for a team when it is convenient for you and you dont have to do much. You can just sit back at your house and watch it on DirecTV.
  16. Emeka Okafor is a nasty shot blocker, a 7' 0" rookie center from UConn and he graduated early from UConn with a 4.0gpa in something like finance or something like that. From NBA.com: Okafor was one of only two players unanimously named First Team All-America by the Associated Press (also Jameer Nelson). He earned Most Outstanding Player honors in leading Connecticut to the NCAA Championship. Okafor was named the Big East Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year after averaging 17.6 points, 11.5 rebounds (third nationally) and 4.1 blocked shots (tied for first). He finished his three-year collegiate career as the seventh all-time leading shotblocker in NCAA history.
  17. Oh cry me a friggin river... Rudy dont you realize that you dont watch football with your boys anymore now that you got your sunday ticket nobody sees him on Sundays anymore. Not that I am complaining about that! Thats right we smacked you guys back into reality. If, and I mean "If" you guys make it into the playoffs, we or whoever you guys play in the first round is going to smack you down right beck into reality. Believe me, from watching Bledsoe for years and years, HE IS AWFUL!!! Put him in Fluffalo and stick a fork in the team, because you guys are done.
  18. Uhhhh no, the Aqua Turf is in Plantsville, CT (its a section of southington)
  19. Buffalo could easily be 5-3 or even 6-2, they have indeed lost some very close games. Their special teams are very good, front 7 on "D" is excellent and Milloy back at safety is just weird, Mcgahee is hot, Moulds & Evans are solid and Drew is, well Drew - give him time and he can tear us up. But, they won't succeed at beating this team, at home on this day. Patriots are simply playing at a much higher level and will overcome some areas of concern with an all out effort against as I said a very good Buffalo team. I look for our d line to continue what they started last week and not allow Drew any time to throw, I look for a concentrated effort in keeping Mcgahee from hurting us too bad. On offense, as good as Buffalo is, we get weapons back (hopefully Branch) and that will be quite enough to allow us to exploit the Bills problem of trying to stop Dillon and Tom Brady with his band of quality wide outs (amazing to me how much better our wide outs seem, when Branch is back in the line up). We can spread four or five wide again, we can screen to Faulk all day long, we can hit the safety valve of Dillon after he blocks - so much offense...get excited men, it all comes together tonight. Look for as much as 27-17 or maybe only 20-12, but withjout a doubt a win for the home team.
  20. Hopefully I will be able to say.... ...good riddens
  21. Then its announced that Buffalo will have the 2010 winter olympics and ed mcmahon comes to your house with a 10 million dollar check from publishers clearing house... its gonna be a rough monday morning for you.
