i'll be the thread police, the thread military, the thread illuminati all roled into one. we don't need 7 topics on Dez Bryant
And your policing has done such a great a job of shutting down these types of threads...

It's not hilarious and not looking for a laugh. These duplicate and triplicate threads are trashing this board.
So are people being jerks. Can't we all just get along?
Damn this place needs some moderators!

Look, another duplicate post from a new poster! What a singular event!
Look another obnoxious response by someone who keeps a thread alive for a cheap laugh.

Completely random, but is Edge just a different term for Defensive End? Why do I feel like this is the first year I've seen and heard it?

They replaced them with the drum line thing, which is just as dumb.

And manziel was a first round pick so whats your point ???
It you hit that little quote button, you can reply and give people some context to what you're talking about. It will also notify the person you're replying to, so you can continue the conversation.

Not advocating for him...but not only were the WR's really bad, but the O-line was even worse. It was pretty much a new o-line. It's Wyoming. They're not drawing top talent.

Yup, and I showed that table who was boss!

Disagree on Allen's high end. At his max potential he'd only be Jay Cutler level? I don't want the kid, but come on..that's a low bar.

It’s possible if we land a top QB in the draft he would come here. Especially with the new money following Incognitos retirement.
If he gets cut on Friday, he's probably not waiting until after the draft to sign somewhere.

Yep. What happens when a rookie QB comes to a place where most of the good players have been traded away for draft picks and most of the draft picks traded away for a QB. Yep, sound like a plan.
What happened when you don't have a good quarterback?

Jordan Mailata in the seventh or as an undrafted.
Australian giant, only 2, for the practice squad initially. Wants to be O-line and as it happens, we need O line.
The way he hits I thought he'd make a beast DT or DE.

Lets hope Tasker is better on radio than he is on TV.

Why do you assume that a QB is a "might" player, but nobody else is? It's all a crapshoot. Everyone you listed could be a bust.

The Giants like Darnold, so if he's there, they likely pick him. If the Browns take Allen, it's much more likely QB's go 1, 2, 3 without another trade. Puts us in a really touch spot, especially if the Brows won't trade out of 4. And Denver could take QB too.

Dont't know anything about him. But I love the idea of adding more, cheap talent at RB.
Over 2,000 rushing yards last year. He'd be a great add as a potential Shady replacement down the line.

if we keep both of these picks, I could definitely see us going Offensive line with both. A tackle and a Guard would be huge upgrades at what we currently have on the right side. Or Ragnow..but if we take him, I'd really like to give Groy a shot at RG.

I thought Buffalo was done with Kevin Sylvester. Damn!
He quite often says "Jake Allen" in the podcast, and it drives me crazy each time.

They've been trying to set something up with Lamar, but he hasn't texted back yet.

Here's my thing, everything I noticed in these two games I've seen them in every game I can get my hands on of Allen: and I walk away saying he's the same guy in all of these games. Some defenses just have superior athletes to make him pay for his mistakes. To his credit, he was running for his life alot. I think he is probably a really good guy and a good leader, I don't know since I am not there first hand with him. There's probably a lot to like about his personality. I only use probably here because again I don't know. I just know from a football perspective I need some help understanding:
1) He's accurate
2) He makes good decisions
3) His completion percentage is a result of losing talent
Number 3 is what bugged me. Especially considering that the loss of talent was from the O line and the WR's. When you look at the Bills, we have a subpar O-line thanks to the right side, and a lack of talent at WR. Even if the drop in OL play with all the young kids coming in, and the loss of the WR's are the reason he struggled, he'd be walking into a similar situation here, so I don't know how Peck and Sylvester felt better about him after the discussion. Maybe cause he's a leader?? doesn't make sense to me.

Paul Peck and Kevin Sylvester of the BN Blitz Daily Drive Podcast have been talking to color commentators for the teams the top QB prospects are coming from. It's nice to hear from guys who have seen every single throw these prospects have made. No earth-shattering news in them, but it's nice to hear from guys who have watched their careers develop the entire way. There's more depth to the insight. I also appreciate that these are only about 15 minutes long vs. the norm with seems to be over an hour.
So far they've talked to Kevin McKinney about Josh Allen and Wayne Cook about Josh Rosen, and this week we should be hearing about from the commentators who cover Darnold and Mayfield. I'll update the post with the other QB's once they are available.
Obviously these guys are very positive about each of their guys. It'd be interesting to see if the conversation changes your mind on any of the prospects. McKinney seems to change the hosts minds a bit on Josh Allen. He actually made me feel worse about him due to our O-line, but I'd be curious to see if it makes you feel any better about them.

The numbers are slightly misleading. The senior bowl and combine are not per individual, and they're most of the cost apparently. But yeah, it's expensive to employ people to do their jobs.
