I don't think having less yards, TD's or first downs is outproducing, personally.
He will out produce him this year. At best Diggs will be 3rd option. Collins is clear 1 with contract he signed and Tank will be 2.

Same reports came about CJ Stroud last year, look how he turned out. Not saying Williams is Stroud, things can change in a matter of months.
One season does not make a career. Let's see how he does now that there is 17 games of tape on him

Is that a dome?

It's been well documented that Brady was the assistant to the assistant at LSU. He didn't have say in the offense or personnel. The WR there were Chase and Jefferson.
He was the passing game coordinator and WR coach. Terrace Marshall was the 3rd WR

Please name oneAverage 40 time for NFL WR is 4.48. These are fastest WR on Bills roster.
Hamler 4.27
Samuel 4.31
Isabella 4.31
Shakir 4.43.
They could definitely use more speed on both sides of the ball. I guess Hamer and Isabella don't count until they make the team.

Tell the whole story. Cosell also said he was told that Mitchell could be a top 10 NFL receiver and end up as good as the top 3 wr's in this draft if he puts things together. So basically, low floor and super high ceiling
Yes let's draft a problem since Diggs worked out so well. 31 mill in dead cap is awesome

Per Greg Cosell on Mitchell. Told of significant character issues by AFC coach

Give me DeJean an McConkey in the 2nd. Don't care who is drafted first. Trade up and make it happen.

I once listened to an interview with a successful GM - I think it was Ron Wolf. He said that he considered a draft decent if he got one Pro Bowler out of it and it didn't matter if the guy came from the 4th round and the 1st rounder was a bust. A really good draft netted him two Pro Bowlers. That's how he rated his drafts.
He explained that most players fill roles (i.e., they're JAGS). To win a SB, you needed players who were difference-makers.
He said that it's better to get a difference-maker at a position you may not need than a role-player at a position where you do have a need.
I rarely watch college football and am no talent scout. But if DeJean is truly a difference-maker when the WRs left are mediocre role-players, then I'm all for the pick.
Great post. Just becareful no rational thought is allowed on this board. Lol

Apples to oranges. He's a DE. Those guys are DTs.
No, he is being talked about like Robinson from Missouri . Early downs at edge and pass rush situations. Also Donald was moved all over the line so not Apples and oranges. I don't want Kneeland either but he is an exceptional athlete. Does that mean he can play, who knows?

Even Erik Flowers had good sack totals in his final year in college. Kneeland...best season was 4.5 sacks twice...and one of the worst 10 yard split times at the combine. He's getting some late 2nd projections, but seems like an early day 3 guy to me.
If that's the pick, I think I'm just going to give up.
Umm... he has a better 10 yd split than Oliver and Donald

You think they don't need LBs? Did you watch KC playoff game?

I’m good for 25% of your 25%.
I must admit, I did not see this coming when I woke up this morning. I’m glad there is a stadium coming out of the ground, because I’m having Buffalo Braves flashbacks.
In the land of lawyers you really think that matters?

First, the Bills didn't draft Poyer and Hyde.
More to the point, I'm not saying you can't find useful players, even good ones, in the later rounds. I'm saying if you have a good roster, and the Bills do, there's a limit to how many of those rookies you can keep. The Bills are very unlikely to keep several late round picks from this draft. When they go to your practice squad, they get poached.
A first round pick is a high percentage opportunity to get long-term talent on the team.
Lol. Does not change what round they were drafted in.

If I knew a lot of statistics I could prove this is incorrect. All I know is t odds of getting a star with a late first round puck are better than with three later round picks combined. You named 10 great players taken in the 6th and 7th. That's 10 out of more than 1200 (64 picks, 20 years) or 1 out of 120. Chances of getting a great player are much better late in the first round. By you logic I'd trade my first and second every year. That's why the trade value chart is skewed heavily to the early picks.
And it definitely compounds the problem. If you have a solid roster, it's better to come to camp with a few good rookies than a lot of promising guys, because you won't keep all those promising guys. Bad roster, sure, give me a boatload of fourth rounders to keep, because I can use them somewhere. Good roster, no.
Christian Benford, Matt Milano, Jordan Poyer, Dane Jackson, Micah Hyde. That is just on the Bills off the top of my head las year. All those players were drafted in the 5th or later. More kicks at the can, more opportunity to find a guy

I'm not sold on Stroud either. There are now 17 games of film on him and they are playing a 1st place schedule. Expecting a sophomore slump.
Do think Ryans will be a goid coach though.
