Ive been in the business world for 20 years as a Manager in Sales with Goals of 2 million per year. Ive had numerous GMs as well as directors.
What ive learned throughout the years is the very best GM's as well as Directors i ever worked for were people that werent looking for a new jod. They were solicited and payed very well to leave where they were.
What did Beane or Mcdermott ever do in their previous roles to make Terry and Kim say, these are the very best canadites to turn this misserable franchise around?
We need to get some people in here that have proven themselves over the years, and are currently employed elsewhere, and offer them much more than they currently make to leave.

I sincerely hope Pegula dosent do to this team what hes done to the Sabres.
I have no faith that this GM will make the right FA moves with our money next year or draft the best possible player of need for our team.
Someone show me a great trade or fa acqusition they have made thus far?

This just shows that anyone who flashes any signs of production in an actual game, will be released.
Anyone who can provide any type of leadership role to a very inexperieced bunch on offense will be cut.
They sold us on how Kerley would be a mentor and leader to our young wr, Mccaron to our young qbs.
Every single move they make is to make this team weaker, just look at the moves this regime has made with Carolina castoffs as well as broke down free agents.
And most on this board believe in this regime. I dont see any real positive moves this gm or coach has made. Its pretty dam obvious that they tried real hard to not make the playoffs last year, and then have the audacity to ask their best OL to take a pay cut, only to piss him off. Tell me what we did with that extra $$? Did we bring in a top flight free agent with the savings?
Answer: NO

I dont know how anyone that roots for this team have any confidence whatsoever that Beane can and will utilize all of the so called money we are going to have next year?
Lets just look at the money he's thrown at crap free agents thus far.
Why does so many posters out here think that he will be doing any better with the extra money next year?
There really is no hope! Now i expect the OBD employees that are on this site as posters to chime in with the "the team is being primmed for next year" statements!

I am willing to bet that we sweep the AFC south this year and go 3-1 vs the NFC North.
We will split one of the back to back on the road with either GB or Minny.
I realistically see this team barring any major injuries at 12 -4, 11- 5.

I do know several ppl within the org, and like i said they dont call me to tell me things that are happening within, and some of the stuff they do tell me, i dont repeat on a fan forum.
When there is conversation about the team, its not mentioned in gosdip, its more like this guys having a bad traing camp, or the coaches arent fond of this guys attitude or there looking to upgrade this or that.
Every once in a while, there will be some major news such as the team may be looking to trade a player or two, but im not gonna come on here to tell everyone what im being told by ppl that trust me to keep to myself.
